Positive experience I traded up to a 2014 Escape. Sarah is probably the best salesperson I have dealt with. Purchases in the past were sometimes close to nightmares, wi I traded up to a 2014 Escape. Sarah is probably the best salesperson I have dealt with. Purchases in the past were sometimes close to nightmares, with surprises, hidden costs, etc, but Sarah made it positive. She is very amiable yet a total professional, knowledgeable and thorough. If she didn't have an answer (which was rare) she went out of her way to get it. She put all the costs, major and minor, on the table. She knew the vehicle from front to back and she took her time to demonstrate everything and answer all questions and concerns. Sarah couldn't find the specific vehicle I was looking for without factory-ordering, but Jim Keay bent over backwards to finalize what I thought was the best deal on one that had a few extra things that I didn't order, and did it quickly so that I could take advantage of the current promotions which ended a day later. On the service side, I had one troubling issue, but Jim Keay himself intervened to settle it to my satisfaction. Sometimes it takes a while but we would rather they take the time to properly service our vehicle rather than rush it, and thats exactly what they do!!! They take the time to do it right!! Having a mechanic who will take time to research your vehicle to make sure they know exactly what is going on is awesome!!! The quick lane is super fast!!! I have never had to wait more than an hour and that is only when I am getting the full maintenance checkup done, soup to nuts!!!! They are courteous and always pay attention to details. More

Not only did the sales representative address all of my questions and needs, the General Service Manager also provided invaluable support, all of which enabled me to quickly and efficiently purchase the exact car that I wanted. They took the time to explain everything from the car specifications to the contractual process. It took only two days to close the deal, from the time I walked in without an appointment and a car for trade-in to driving way in my new car, all of which happened on a holiday weekend. I certainly enjoy the vehicle but what I enjoyed even more was the excellent service. Most of the credit goes to the sales representative, Woodley Belony, who went out of his way to help me through the entire process. He is a credit the Ford Motor Company and the dealership.
