Replacement back window has several problems: all resolved In May of 2015 we purchased our 2013 F-150 from Jim Keay Ford. At the beginning of October we noticed that the rear defroster wasn't working, so we ma In May of 2015 we purchased our 2013 F-150 from Jim Keay Ford. At the beginning of October we noticed that the rear defroster wasn't working, so we made an appointment and dropped it off for service in the afternoon, letting them know we needed it by the end of the next day. By 3 pm on the day of service I had not heard back (CUSTOMER SERVICE: AVERAGE (3 STARS)), so I called and was told the truck was ready. When we picked it up I met with service advisor Leo Defranco to review the repairs; the entire back window had been replaced under warranty (PRICE: NOT RATED). It wasn't until I got home that I took a closer look. The work appears to have been done in a big hurry - I would hate to think it was rushed because it was warranty work. There were 4 issues (QUALITY OF WORK: POOR (1 STAR)): 1. There was a lot of grease on the paint by the back window 2. There was sticker residue on the window itself 3. The glass on the lower passenger side is warped 4. The sliding middle portion of the window appears to bind; it's misaligned with the rest of the window and moves much more slowly than the original. I called Leo to inform him of these problem; he was apologetic and stated that they couldn't take care of them now because the dealership was closing. He asked my to bring it back in on Monday morning. (FRIENDLINESS: GOOD (4 STARS)) We dropped the car off on Sunday night with a request for updates (citing the lack of communication during the previous visit). Early on Monday I got a call from Leo informing me that the truck was in the shop and they were looking at it. He called a little later to tell me that they would replace the back window with a new unit, but it wouldn't arrive until the next day. I agreed to leave the truck overnight. Tuesday afternoon I got a call from Leo to tell me that the truck was ready. When we went to pick it up I inspected the job closely. All of the issues were corrected. Leo was always polite and professional in person and on the phone. Based on the follow-up I have increased my ratings in all categories. More

Kurtis provided excellent service and was extremely knowledgeable from the first point of contact, right up until picking up the vehicle. He ensured there were no loose ends or questions, and followed up on a few items the week after. Despite that I am a very picky customer when it comes vehicles (exterior colour, interior colour, features, engine size) they worked very hard and very quickly to find a vehicle for me that was within my budget. They also looked to give me as many options to choose from ( used, new, demo etc) even if that meant having to get vehicles that is not on their lot. Where this dealership really excels is after sale service. Dave was even assisting me with my questions after hours, via e-mail. I've also seen Stephan outside the dealer and he asked me how I liked my vehicle. Believe me, they really care about their customers, not just sales! As I told Dave, driving my new Escape makes me feel like a million bucks! Thanks again guys! Plan on keeping this one for a long time, but will be back for sure More

My husband and I drove one hour and took the car for a test drive. Then we were told that the price was wrong.. Supposedly it was a computer error. We all know that computers do what they are told. Requested options not installed correctly. I was away at work for a week and my girlfriend picked up the 2015 Ford Escape at the agreed upon time. Numerous things were missed by the staff that I was away at work for a week and my girlfriend picked up the 2015 Ford Escape at the agreed upon time. Numerous things were missed by the staff that resulted in her having to go back as well as me having to go back and even a third return visit in less than a week. On delivery the requested roof rack was not installed so a "comparable" rack ($280 cheaper) was installed (front bar was very loose) and no compensation was discussed. Rubber floor mats had been just placed on top of existing cloth mats even though instructions on paper and on mat clearly say "Do not place on top of existing floor mats." Very slow to return phone calls. First return visit was when she received the $500 deposit back, also the vehicle registration fee was then processed ($14). The corrosion control module ($799) had not been installed because it was missed on the repair order so was now being installed. Second return visit by me took care of the roof rack price difference which was refunded to me ($280). They also gave us a free gas fill up coupon for the hassle of having to come back twice and waste two hours of our time. Third return visit was when I found a random bolt just sitting on top of the plastic near the right front wheel. After inspecting inside and out, no missing bolts were found and no compensation was given for this gut wrenching discovery. More
