Hi Steve, I left you a message. Not included in the review was the hour and half aftermath having to take apart the thule roof rack and use the measurements provided (whoever put it together obviously didn't read the instructions or watch the short youtube video). There are pieces missing from the kit that should have been installed. Rubber stripping that goes underneath the aeroblade, outside of the feet to reduce wind noise. I left a message for Stephen regarding this issue and was hoping for more than the token free gas fill up.

Hello again, The person to whom you were speaking before you left is our Service Manager. He said that you had departed before the conversation had come to a conclusion so I was going to attempt see what we could do to make you reconsider posting the review. I was told that part of the issue was the replacement of a cabin filter. The Service Manager was going to have a discussion along with yourself with a Sales Manager regarding this. The only thing the sevice person wanted to do was to pass the problem to the sales guy. I bought and installed the cabin air filter myself. Not worth arguing for $30 but I expected a serious dealership to at the very least check it and report to the buyer that it needed to be replaced. I am sure that if I take the vehicule to your for an oil change it would be checked so why not do it for a used car? Spending $30,000 should have included that in my opinion. As for the bug delector, your parts guy should show initiative and propose a solution to his manager. I suggest you let it go. Thanks
