Worst service !!!! Worst service ever !!! They need your car very early in the morning, only one shuttle at 10am even if they want your car at 7am !!! Yes you will wait Worst service ever !!! They need your car very early in the morning, only one shuttle at 10am even if they want your car at 7am !!! Yes you will wait ! Car will NOT be ready on time they say and they will NOT call you to let you know ! If you try to call them, the very rude lady (because you call so many times) will try to take the message but still no call back will be done ! You will end up trying to find a ride back at the garage yourself or wait to the next day, argue with them and maybe they will come pick you up. If they tell you they will have a shuttle back to the garage...set up a time (at work) they will come 30min !!! Before and leave telling you YOU were not there ....of course ! I was at work !!! If it's Friday well just too bad you won't have your car until Monday or they ARE WILLING TO LEAVE YOUR KEYS IN THE CAR !!! Yes ! Leave your car unlocked !!! Well done Jim Key Ford ! More
