I decided, after many visits to many dealerships, to try Ford —specifically the newly designed Mustang. I visited several Ford dealerships and was, in general, impressed by how all the math regarding financing was transparent. Nothing was hidden. Out of all the Ford dealerships I went to (including A&B, Campbell, Kanata) the easiest to deal with was, far and away, Jim Keay. I was reluctant to make the trek to Orleans but in the end it was more than worth it. I bought a 2015 Mustang off a very pleasant, straight-shooting salesman (Carmelo) and am wholly pleased with both the vehicle (which makes my former care, a Dodge Challenger feel like a truck) and the after sales service. I think what sets Jim Keay apart is that they obviously want their customers to be happy not just until they sign on the dotted line, but well after. At this point, for my next vehicle, I don’t think there is any reason to shop anywhere else and I would recommend this dealer to my family and closest friends. More

However after finding a vehicle I was interested in on line and making an email inquiry I was immediately contacted by the sales Manager Chris Dugal....The next day I had only a bit of time available and as I live out of town about an hour and a half Chris arranged to have my sales person Kurtis Di Cioccio drive to meet me about a half hour from home. We met at a Walmart and after test driving we agreed to purchase the vehicle on the spot. Must say I never thought I would buy a vehicle at Walmart :) Kurtis is very professional and both my wife and I feel are delighted to recommend him to anyone. He has been great to follow up in the past few days with a couple of extra's we wanted installed. I will drive an hour and a half to this dealership for service and for any future vehicles I need, especially if we can work with Kurtis! Glen K. More
