scammers A few weeks ago I made an appointment with a car sales personnel at Jim Gauthier Chevrolet to check out the new Chevy Cruze, .when I reach at Jim A few weeks ago I made an appointment with a car sales personnel at Jim Gauthier Chevrolet to check out the new Chevy Cruze, .when I reach at Jim Gauthier Chevrolet I told the sales personnel that I have already entered in to a sales agreement at another dealership so I couldn't go ahead with the purchase of the Chevy Cruze. The sales personnel and business manager told me that if I wanted to purchase the cruze they could get the sales agreement with the other dealer ship cancel they will just switch the stock numbers. they told me that this would not be a problem they do this all the time .they told me that both dealership are owned by the same person and manage by the same group of people so its not a problem. While I was at the dealer I get a phone call from the dealer that I made the purchase agreement with saying that my loan was approved. I informed the sales person at Jim Gautier Chevrolet that my loan at the other dealership was approved. Because I have some trust in the sales team at Jim Gautier Chevrolet I decided to accept the sales offer for the cruze I did not have no clue that I was going to be the victim of a sales scam . I was driving the cruze to work when I got a phone call from the other dealer say that my vehicle was ready for delivery , THATS WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT THE SALES PERSON AT JIM GAUTHIER TOLD ME NOTHING BUT LIES TO GET ME TO PURCHASE THE CRUZE. I TRIED TO GIVE THEM BACK THE CRUZE SO THAT I COULD TAKE THE CAR FROM THE DEALER THAT I ENTERD INTO A SALES AGREEMENT FIRST BECAUSE I WAS TRICKED AND SCAM INTO THE PUCHASE OF THIS CAR. THIS IS UNFARE BUISNESS PRACTISE .I HAVE BEEN HAVING LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS CAR. THE CAR IS A LEMON THATS WHY THEY SCAM ME IN THE PURCHASE OF THIS CAR. Terrible Service and management that doesn't keep their word Went for a test drive one night and they wouldn't even give me the price of the vehicle unless I was going to commit to buying it. The salesperson told me I probably know more about the vehicles than he does. Brought in a flyer I got in the mail from Jim Gauthier for a free Timmies card and they never gave me the card. I emailed the manager who said he was sorry about the Timmies card and would send me two cards. I only got one card in the mail. I talked to someone who is involved in training for the dealerships and he said Jim Gauthier is not the type of place you go if you want service as they do alot of volume and fall short on the customer service part. He did not recommend buying a vehicle from there and neither do I. More

Very Traumatic and Stressful Experience We had a very traumatic and stressful experience with this car dealership. The staff are untrustworthy , very rude and disrespectful to costumers. Aft We had a very traumatic and stressful experience with this car dealership. The staff are untrustworthy , very rude and disrespectful to costumers. After a week of talking to the lady sales agent, she told me that they have already the vehicle that Im looking for and we had a deal. The next day we drove 6 hours with my pregnant wife, my 3 year old daughter and my bro-inlaw to this car dealership to found out that the vehicle we want was not there. What their real motive is just to offer us their other vehicles which we do not like. We were victimized by their "bait and switch selling scam". We had an argument with the lady sales agent and the sales manager who is very rude and disrespectful to costumers. Their staff should undergo training and seminars how to handle costumers properly. No wonder their ratings are low. So be warned! Never make any business with Jim Gauthier Chevrolet! More

The worse vehicle purchased on a dealership This is the the first time I purchased from a dealership and this is the most dis-appointment a buyer will ever had. The day I used the car the door w This is the the first time I purchased from a dealership and this is the most dis-appointment a buyer will ever had. The day I used the car the door would not open after a week shifter won't shift this is a pre-owned 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. I don't know how they inspect or check there used vehicle. We just trade the car and loose some money to avoid further problem but when we cancel the insurance they really give us a very hard time in claiming the money that we paid for it. More
