Called around to find out prices for an all-point inspection as we are about to be taking our vehicle on a long road trip and wanted to make sure everything was in tip-top shape and Jim Gauthier was the most affordably priced at $144.00 for an all-point inspection and oil change. I thought wow, what a great deal. Just dropped it off and said that they are going to charge us an extra $160 to check the engine separately. Nobody could have told us that on the phone? Hidden costs are extremely shameful as I could have gotten a better deal just down the road and from now on, that is who is getting my business. Getting business through dishonesty is so shady.

Overall, nothing special. Customer service was ‘fine’, but nothing to write home about. Likely won’t return.

I took my car in for a transmission flush and had to wait 4 hours - my own fault because Cory said there was a shuttle available - the flush was only supposed to take one hour. Good service when I took it in for an oil change though.
