I thought wow, what a great deal. Just dropped it off and said that they are going to charge us an extra $160 to check the engine separately. Nobody could have told us that on the phone? Hidden costs are extremely shameful as I could have gotten a better deal just down the road and from now on, that is who is getting my business. Getting business through dishonesty is so shady. More

I took my car in for a transmission flush and had to wait 4 hours - my own fault because Cory said there was a shuttle available - the flush was only supposed to take one hour.
