Very flexible and accommodating staff I have thus far had a positive experience with this dealership. I was searching for a new family car for a new addition to our family. After visiting I have thus far had a positive experience with this dealership. I was searching for a new family car for a new addition to our family. After visiting several other luxury dealerships, this one definitely stood out, especially Craig. After deciding on a car and a price, we put through an order. The expected delivery date was delayed one month, which made timing with our new baby somewhat tricky, as we needed a car to bring the baby home. After addressing this in close communication with our salesman (Craig), we were able to come to an amicable arrangement, as the dealership was willing to help organize and finance a temporary vehicle. Hopefully it all works out well! More
