Never received such poor service Bought new vehicle at metro west... I have been trying to schedule a service appointment for over 1 month. Either you get no return call or there schedule and make you feel like issues are non existent. I have never been treated like a second class citizen as they have treated me. Indicated vehicle would take time to review...indicated dictated I would need to rent vehicle..so they proceeded to contact enterprise across street... gave me a no working a/c shut box. I guess I don't look like white collar you give me one of there own vehicles. WAS planning on getting the new Discovery....Yeah not there not ever again. More

Unreliable and unprofessional aftersales service On multiple occasions the dealership has either rescheduled or cancelled service appointments that were set up weeks in advance on the day of the appo On multiple occasions the dealership has either rescheduled or cancelled service appointments that were set up weeks in advance on the day of the appointment. This has happened to me 80% of the time when a loaner is involved. Its always the service mgr who calls and she blames the issue on the incompetence of the schedular. Ive even been told that a service doesnt qualify for a pickup loaner even after ot was scheduled for several weeks. I find this highly unprofessional. Shows no regard for clients time or value for the word Jaguar gives or respect for their own workers. They also tend not to do a good job diagnosing problems when multiple tasks are involved. They seem to be more driven by getting loaners back than serving clients. Buying these days takes hours or may be a few days. We own cars and service them for years. Id rather buy elsewhere where they value my time. More

Got a great deal on an out of Province car! A couple of months ago I was in the market for a used Jaguar. With New Brunswick being one step up from a third world country I could not find one loc A couple of months ago I was in the market for a used Jaguar. With New Brunswick being one step up from a third world country I could not find one locally. I had a look on-line and saw a good one at Metro West. I talked by email and phone with Jorge at the dealership and he was very helpful, answered all my questions and emailed me pictures of the car. He also got the figures to work for me and arranged for the car to be ready within a tight time-frame. They also offered to ship the car to me for less than I could arrange it for myself, however I decided to attend and inspect before sale. I flew from Moncton to Toronto early and had the car collected within the morning. The car was exactly as described, had been valeted and serviced and I couldn't find a single fault: great news given my plan was to drive it home that day! I attended the dealership early and was fed and watered while I waited. A really good customer service experience and 100% worth the extra effort to fly out and collect. I then had a nice drive back to Moncton with my wife and got to know the new car. Car performed without fault on the way home - a month later I still love it. I'd recommend this dealership without question! More
