Great overall experience I factory ordered my vehicle. There was a delay by the manufacturer and the vehicle was delivered with an issue dealing with the SOS/remote start capa I factory ordered my vehicle. There was a delay by the manufacturer and the vehicle was delivered with an issue dealing with the SOS/remote start capabilities. This was no fault of the dealership. Abu was my salesperson and kept in contact with me during the entire process. Abu and the service team were fantastic. Will be calling Abu again in the future! More

Abe was very warm and welcoming when i strolled into the dealership with no appointment. And was able to find me a car to my liking and well within my expected date of delivery ( i hope , was given an approximate time) And knowingly or unknowingly i walked out with a purchase order for a 2018 Range rover HSE Cant wait to get the vehicle as the entire experience was so enjoyable ! I remember walking into the delearship first time no one greeted me and no one did I had an average customer service at jaguar Land Rover metro west. I remember walking into the delearship first time no one greeted me and no one did in my subsequent visits. No acknowledgments or can I help you. I was never asked why I chose land rovers and what was that I wanted to buy. The transaction felt like just that. a transaction. I believe an opportunity to connect with a customer to truly understand their needs was missed. Finance experience wasn’t the best either. Kevin is friendly and a nice person but I like to relate to the Mercedes Benz family from which I am coming from. They have excellent service and after service. Even after my previous car was paid off they sent me a letter thanking me a coffee gift card. It’s stellar service. I believe for a smaller delearship land rover jaguar can better connect with their customers to deliver a much better customer service experience. It’s luxury vehicles and big money expense. I expect more. Having owned brand new BMW and Mercedes Benz prior to this purchase I can say the customer sales and service experience is much better with them. Hopefully this feedback helps towards improvement. More
