What to expect from this dealer Once you start dealing with the service department you quickly realize that it is for all intense purposes very poorly managed as they routinely let Once you start dealing with the service department you quickly realize that it is for all intense purposes very poorly managed as they routinely let customers down due to over booking, minimal to no communication either by phone or email as well as telling little white lies in order to get out of situations they created. All one needs to do is stand quietly near the service desk and listen to the VERY angry customers. I counted 4 the last time I was there not including myself. Good Luck! More
