Welcome to Jaguar family It was so nice to feel a part of Jaguar Calgary's family. From our first step into the dealership we were welcomed with an offer of water or coffee, t It was so nice to feel a part of Jaguar Calgary's family. From our first step into the dealership we were welcomed with an offer of water or coffee, then some get familiar chit chat. The Jaguar specialist we spoke with was Mike Conrad and I call him a specialist because that is exactly what he is. Everyone, I am sure, has been to some dealerships and the salesperson you meet knows very little about what they are selling. My wife usually knows more than they do because she has spent 20 minutes on their own website looking at stats and options. Mike knew all about his product and also knew about the completion for each model. He never ran down other vehicles though, It's so personal when you buy and looking at other product is smart, he said. Wow no pressure here, just lots of good information. Well long story short after considering many new SUV's we narrowed it to two and decided on the 2018 F-pace. If you know your product it is much easier to sell, and Mike and all the staff at Jaguar Calgary made it easy for my wife and I to buy. When all the papers were complete Mike said "Welcome to the Jaguar family" and it really felt like that. We usually upgrade our ride every 3 years ish and have already decided that next time we can save some running around and just go back to "Jaguar Calgary" for our next purchase. We were in the showroom waiting to see what the check engine light was about, when Hitesh recognized me from (10 months ago) and asked how we were doing and if he could help. I explained that I was not happy with the Evoque and he basically did the impossible and worked with the mgr to make us happy.
