First class dealership and First class sales rep I am thrilled with my experience with Calgary Land Rover and in particular, sales rep Matthew Brockel. Every promise was kept and the time and effort I am thrilled with my experience with Calgary Land Rover and in particular, sales rep Matthew Brockel. Every promise was kept and the time and effort put into the sales and qualification process was exceptional. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase however equally we felt very supported and looked after before, during and after the sale. Friendly, authentic, knowledgeable and trustworthy are perfect descriptions of this dealership and exceptional sales rep. No customer loyalty This place is a joke. We’ve purchased 3 cars there in the last 3 yeas and recently I’ve referred some friends who went over to buy another vehicle. Th This place is a joke. We’ve purchased 3 cars there in the last 3 yeas and recently I’ve referred some friends who went over to buy another vehicle. The sales guy Matthew had promised me a $200 referral fee. After they had picked up the vehicle Matthew had told me they won’t be giving me the fee. Great way to lose a repeat customer over $200. What a joke. Do not shop here if you want customer loyalty or service. There’s a reason each of my vehicles have been with different sales people, they can’t keep Anyone there long enough to Continue a sales relationship with. Go to Mercedes they know the value of relationships there. More

They valued it far below black book value. Left there went to Lexus dealer and traded my car in for 25% more than offered at this place. More
