I have owned two Jaguars to date, all serviced at Jaguar as well and one would think that with such a prestigious name as Jaguar, the Management would hold their staff in a higher standard of service, but this is Jaguar Calgary, Where even the Management lacks ethics Let me begin with my first vehicle, a Jaguar XF Supercharged. I had bought this vehicle from Chris Bennett. Chris sold me my first Jaguar under the terms that this vehicle had no claims on its history, even going to the extremes of showing me a car proof that was clear of claims. When I received the car proof two weeks later after the sale because Chris "forgot" to include it, I was faced with three claims against the car on this car proof. One may argue I saw wrong, but I had a friend shopping with me who heard my one simple request that the car be clear of claims and witnessed Chris produce a car proof of the said vehicle showing a clear history. Needless to say, I was upset and filed a report with Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Counsel. Stuck with the purchase of this Jaguar this concludes the first of many experience on this car. I didn't learn my lesson the first time and went back with my newly acquired Jaguar XFR. Brought this vehicle in for a routine oil change. I received my car back with a new friend. A 4 inch long gash into my driver door under my mirror! Not impressed with this I brought it up with Management. They took some time to rectify this but in the end took my car for a day to have try to fix this. I got the car back and it looked like someone filled the gash and used a paint brush to paint the damage. This is the kind of people working for Jaguar, those that cut corners. This then lead to my front panel, driver door and rear driver side door to be repainted. Two weeks later I received my car with a flat rear passenger tire. Upon inspection at Jaguar, my rim was cracked! Who knows how that happened under their watch. They did not want to take ownership of this and in the end I had to pay 50% of the cost to fix this. As of recently, my most unnerving experience was with respect to my tire pressure monitoring system. This had been a problematic issue that I had brought the car in for while under warranty. The service team first gave it back saying it was low in air which was never the issue to begin with as I had pointed out. Now out of warranty, I returned again the following spring as the car was parked for winter. It was on file that this was a warranty issue that was not correctly fixed and they reattempted to fix this again as it should have been done so under warranty. Leaving happy with no issues, this lasted two day and the issue came back again. I called in and spoke to Joann, my original Service adviser who promptly booked me back in to have this rectified. On my appointment day at 8am in the morning, I met with Joann who asked me to sign papers for the "loaner vehicle". later that day I received a call from service stating that they found the issue and it would be a $150 diagnostic charge. You could imagine my confusion on why I would be charged for something that was supposed to have been fixed under warranty the first time, wasn't, the second attempt failed which I was not charged for and I'm now in for a third time to have them attempt to rectify this. In my half awake state at 8am, Joanne had passed me papers to sign, stating that it was for the loaner vehicle but sneaked in a form for a $150 diagnostic charge despite knowing that she her self had re-booked this as the first warranty fix lasted two days! Escalating this up to Manager Stephen Crocker, landed no resolutions over a mere $150. A client who has purchased two Jaguars and serviced these cars with them, they are willing to lose over a mere $150! Stephen Crocker's responce was merely, if thats what its going to cause then theres nothing he can do about it but the $150 needs to be paid. From a long standing client that Intended to buy another Jaguar this summer, well looks like Maserati is getting my business instead over a mere $150 and years of ridiculous service. To whom ever owns or over sees Jaguar Calgary, I hope you start putting your clients first by dealing with the lack of ethics that plagues this location from your staff to your management. To potential future and current patrons of Jaguar, Beware! Think twice before buying to taking your vehicle here if you value your vehicle and time! More

Refreshing We entered the building to warm greetings by the staff working diligently on Boxing Day. We spoke with Jesse Macleod who was a straight-up, no nonsense great guy to talk to and went out of his way to walk us around in the cold parking lot and dig through snow to get to the vehicles (in his dress shoes!!) to show us all the colours and variations of the models (since I am very picky and indecisive). Jesse is patient, easy to talk to and super knowledgeable with the products. We left feeling very well attended to and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership and Jesse to anyone shopping for a vehicle. More
