Horrible experience in servicing my Jaguar. We were looking for just a diagnosis on an engine rattle noise. They rejected to fix what they damaged and return my car back on the same condition it was before the diagnosis. So don’t trust in them. I have never found purchasing an automobile a pleasant experience until I arrived at Jaguar Land Rover Calgary. Andrew Zhong was the product specialist that looked after me and he was wonderful. Awful experience with jaguar Calgary. Bought a 2019 Jaguar Fpace and i was shocked when finally my bank updated the loan amount in website. There was a $3000 CAD extra on what we initially decided the cost of the car is. When i checked the cost break down again i can see they have added $3000 cad Separately for GAP insurance and extended warranty. But while purchase it was communicated that my gap and extended warranty together will be $3000 cad. Trying to reach the finance person through email and phone but response . The front desk person is telling she's busy every time when i called. The same person was available or used to give me a call back within 30 minutes when i was about to get my car. Finally went to the showroom in person and met the finance manager and he promised to share the information with the finance person and make sure she gives me a call back today at 10am. Still no response and now when i called the manager today even he's not reachable. Things i learned : * Never trust their verbal promises and sign papers without reading and clarifying it completely. *Things in paper should exact. They might come up with nonsenses but dont sign the copy until its clear. *Expect good customer service till you get the car delivered. They gonna treat you bad when you come back with questions and issues. not even basic professionalism to give a reply on someone's email. More

Truly awful experience. Bought a brand new Range Rover SE P530 at just over 200k on lease. Drove it off and from day 1 it has had so many problems with it since that in total Bought a brand new Range Rover SE P530 at just over 200k on lease. Drove it off and from day 1 it has had so many problems with it since that in total its spent 24 days back in the garage out of the 50 days we owned it. If you know about coaxial cables and the amount of malfunctions they can lead to, then you'll know this was serious. However not serious enough according to the manager to get a refund, no, having got expert opinion that the issue with the car ,(last 8 of the VIN is PA077793 as she'll be back up for sale once fixed again!), could potentially be dangerous, we cut the lease short and only received a residual amount (mailed by cheque to make it that bit slower now that we were no longer 'customers'), of $6k. 50 days ownership, 24 in the garage....(told by a junior salesman who came to collect our inferior courtesy car, one of many, that the car is in bits being fixed) - brand new car huh? Nick the JLR service technician told my wife about the coaxial cable problem, she's an electrical engineer and knows the consequences. I've since been told by other experts, "I'll continually have problems with the car". Land Rover in the UK continually come near bottom in terms of reliability (look it up) & now I know why. So my advice to you is, stick to Canadian/US, German or Japanese vehicles and avoid British built cars.....(this, sadly, coming from a Brit). Also steer clear of JLR Calgary. Had this been a tv it would have been replaced or at least refunded. More
