I'm very pleased with the experience. All promises were on delivered on-time and communication was very good. Even the complementary coffee was good! Poor and dishonest in my dealings with the staff at the dwal I have an issue with my Sirius radio from the time I have bought it. It stops intermittently and and doesn’t work for periods of 30 seconds. I was a I have an issue with my Sirius radio from the time I have bought it. It stops intermittently and and doesn’t work for periods of 30 seconds. I was at the dealership many times enquiringly. First was told it was a Siri’s satellite issue, then was told it was a leaky antenna that was malfunctioning, then the radio was replaced and none have solved the issue. I was Alia told sometimes u just buy a lemon!!!! Unbelievable. Also I brought my vehicle in at 900 am and dropped it off, was told it woul d be about an hour and a half Jon to replace antenna, came at 230 that day to pick it up and told by the service TEP that we bumped yours back and laughlingingly told that They hadn’t looked at it cause u left and didn’t sit in the loony and wait 1.5 hours so others took priority who were waiting!!!! Unbelaivanle and no phone call to tell Me this and waste my entire day. After 6 months of Owning this vehicle y radio still doesn’t work properly and I paid 100k cash for this thing. Unqcccepatbl all Around!! Continually lied to and mislead about the issues surrounding the Sirius radio. I want to give a rating of zero but I can’t it seems here. Unfortunate cause that’s what ur team deserves. Scott has taken my consents seriously and up until this point it was excuse after excuse after excuse and being argumentative with me, that that’s just how Sirius radios work and they don’t they hardly ever konk out as I have three other vehicle all With Sirius radios and have never had any issues only with Cadillac’s radio and system. again all I’m getting are excuses and blaming me only Scott and the GM, the owner are taking my Issues seriously now after 6 months of having my chain pulled. I will never buy another vehicle from jack Carter and I had planned on buying a suburban and another new car for my daughter for university. Needless to say I’m looking elsewhere for a large suv. More
