I only deal with Jack Carter Cadillac I love the second I come out of my car and get greeted by a Service Advisor by my name and getting the text to keep in touch to the point my car is do I love the second I come out of my car and get greeted by a Service Advisor by my name and getting the text to keep in touch to the point my car is done and I get the text on the way home to make sure I no other questions. The only way they could improve is have some Timmies for the weekend. They have all kinds of muffins, cookies and donuts from mon-fri but nothing on the weekends. I bought the car thru Brian and he always goes out of his way to make sure I’m still happy with the car. More

Bullxxxxters Jennifer needs a course in customer service. She told me to come get the car it was fixed. Only changed the battery. Said that is why it was sputterin Jennifer needs a course in customer service. She told me to come get the car it was fixed. Only changed the battery. Said that is why it was sputtering at stops and eventually wouldn’t start. Drive it twice and it wouldn’t start again. Towed it back to jack carter to be told it was down two litres in oil. And that it was fixed and come get it. I informed her it just had an oil change four weeks earlier and spend two of those weeks in their possession. She said we don’t know why it’s down in oil. Nothing is coming up when they run the diagnostic. Then I said well it’s not fixed. It’s only gonna be the same in a week. So I said I’m not paying for an oil top up unless they can tell me why it’s using all this oil and why it’s not starting. She then told my husband the next day that the car is showing codes. And she’s voiding our warranty for lack of maintenance. Told me the car was fixed. Then tell my husband it’s running codes. I will never bring my vehicles there again. This car is 2 years old. Stay away from them. They don’t know what they are doing. And Jennifer is rude. More
