I would like to advise the owners of Jack Carter That I am very pleased with the recent service I received. I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated along with an inspection done on my 2015 Silverado. I dealt with your service representatives Jordan, Donna and Scott. I find your staff to always be pleasant to deal with and find them to always to be professional representatives of your company. They are knowledgeable in their jobs and always give me good advice as to the services my vehicle requires to maintain it in good working order. I would like to tell you how much I appreciate having a dealership that makes me feel comfortable to take my vehicle to and know the work is always done correctly and to my satisfaction.
