Wow, the wife and I where recently in the dealership. We asked to look at a particular car, they did not have one in stock so we thought ok not a bad thing we can look online...How ever they did have a s We asked to look at a particular car, they did not have one in stock so we thought ok not a bad thing we can look online...How ever they did have a similiar model in the showroom. We looked at it for over 20mins top to bottom...Not one sales person out of the 6-7 that where standing around wanted to even help us. We stood there and stood there we finally asked a guy sitting at his desk how much that Traverse was and he shouted out a price. Didn't bother to print the specs off or even acknowledge that we were even there. Not one person wanted to help us there and we wanted to purchase a new vehicle right then and there. So we went to Nissan. The sales personal were so cocky and oblivious of our existence that i for worn anyone going there. they dont care..... More

Polite but slow at addressing my need. Had to leave the car for two full days and then barely completed it before closing for the second day. My 8:30 am appointment meant nothing.
