At first I wasn't so sure about bringing my 2022 Buick encore gx to this dealership because I had called ahead twice to see avaliable time slots and loner vehicle options and both times I felt like they encore gx to this dealership because I had called ahead twice to see avaliable time slots and loner vehicle options and both times I felt like they brushed me off not really giving me the time to ask any other questions I was just told a week to even get my suv looked at and possibly longer for a loner. But because they are so close to my work I went ahead and brought in my suv. So glad I did the people there were in person were very polite and helpful they even had a loner for me on the second day. They told me it could take 10 to 15 days for a new transmission but blew that outta the water not only getting the part but also installing and safety checking everything for me in a week. I was very impressed. Only down side was after cleaning my messy ride I noticed a little ding in the back quarter panel I hadn't before and some scratches around the buttons right in front of the gear shifter that weren't there before. Could have missed them due to the mess though. All in all I highly recommend the team at Jack Carter for any service work needed, I know I'll be visiting them again. Thanks guys More

Sales is fine but service is brutal. I booked an oil change and was charged for an oil change and $50 inspection that included a tire rotation, brake inspection and general inspection th I booked an oil change and was charged for an oil change and $50 inspection that included a tire rotation, brake inspection and general inspection that I did not ask for. Pretty shocked when I got the bill when I picked up my truck. The service rep did not explain things at drop off so I feel like the inspection was snuck by me. What’s worse, the tires were not even rotated which also means the brake inspection could not have been done. The service rep failed to call me back several times throughout the time the truck was in the shop and took 2 days to call me back after i picked up my vehicle and later realized the tires were not rotated and called to discuss this. I called him back and left a message but he still hasn’t called me back! He wasn’t even around when I picked it up in the early afternoon. I feel like I was taken advantage of and no communication from the service department. I will not be bring my Sierra or wifes Yukon Denali back to Jack Carter for any service needs. Beyond disappointed! More
I've had a stressful situation when it came to my vehicle but when it got towed to Jack Carter Jeremy was very helpful explain to me on everything that was going on updated me on every step based on repairs. but when it got towed to Jack Carter Jeremy was very helpful explain to me on everything that was going on updated me on every step based on repairs.
