purchased a 2023 Buick Envison which is a beautiful car. I left the Dea;ership after reviewing the insie features of the vehicle. The salesman did not check anything outside the vehicle. When I got home with the vehicle noticed that both of the back tail lights have something cloudy inside the light. I called the salesman 3 days ago and was told that someone would call me back to advise when I can take the vehicle in for repair. To date I have not heard from anyone and the salesman did not follow up to ensure someone had called me. Very disappointed with this service. I am still waiting for the new floor mats which I paid for and have not received. The salesman's name was Jessie. More
