Dishonest about pricing on warranties This dealership tries to trick you into extended warranties and do not tell you exactly what it will cost you then they try to rush you through the si This dealership tries to trick you into extended warranties and do not tell you exactly what it will cost you then they try to rush you through the signing so that you don't see that, in my case, they are charging you $4000 extra in optional things you do not even need. The finance guy became very rude and forceful after we stated that we did not want these extras and made empty threats about how financing depends on it. Don't believe anything they say about how much the optional additions will cost you... he said its only an extra $5...IT IS NOT!! its all lies. Read the amounts on the contract for the true cost before signing. If you purchase the rust protection ensure that the device has been actually installed in the car as ours wasn't yet you pay an extra $1100 for it. Overall what I disliked the most was how hard I had to fight to get those OPTIONAL additions removed, the finance guy was pretty much trying to bully us into it he got so rude and angry. It made the whole experience very negative. They are only nice when you are agreeing to everything.. More

poor warranty service purchased a 2009 Jeep Patriot in December 2014. Shorty after picking up vehicle a noticeable noise was heard from the rear end. Returned car for a ch purchased a 2009 Jeep Patriot in December 2014. Shorty after picking up vehicle a noticeable noise was heard from the rear end. Returned car for a checkup via appointment at a later date but still under the 30 day warranty. Was told that the car was test driven and no notice was heard. Did not drive vehicle for approx 2 months starting in January. 2015. Upon driving car once more a loud noise was coming from rear end of vehicle. The same noise that I heard but the mechanic did not hear in December remained a problem with our vehicle and because of this I will be facing a repair bill. More

Our salesman Mark Dawson took the time to listen to us and help us wor through our considerations. Once we decided I was able to take the car for a few hours to have my mechanic look at for an unbiased opinion. Finalizing the financial part was smooth as Ryan explained our options in detail allowing us to make an informed deciscion and the pick up the car was again smooth with Tracey and Ryan going above and beyond allowing us to pick up our car as scheduled. I have no hesitation ii recommending JP Motors for your next car purchase. More

The web site has live chat where you can discuss the vehicle or vehicles you are interested in with a live person even when the dealership is closed.The pictures on the web site were very clear and you could get a good idea of the look of the exterior and interior of the vehicle. I set up a VIP appointment through live chat to look at a vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle had been brought up to the front so it was easy to look at and to take for a test drive.. After the test drive the purchase procedure went smoothly, they listened to our comments on the vehicle and had the repairs done as condition of sale. . Picking it up yesterday was smooth and everything was ready to go. Tracey was awesome in getting us into our "new" jeep and away. Today we had a problem with the wipers, and went back out to see about a repair. This was handled swiftly and politely by the service department. Awesome awesome awesome!!!!! More

J.P. doesn't seem to understand that concept or the expectations of someone looking to purchase a used vehicle. If you want to negotiate a fair price you should go somewhere else. J.P, claim to price their vehicles close to wholesale, tout value added where there is none. I recommend you steer clear of J.P. unless you don't care about paying too much. . More
