Close call... I had several recommendations for this dealership, before actually buy a vehicle from them (my son bought a car, and paid cash). I went to look at th I had several recommendations for this dealership, before actually buy a vehicle from them (my son bought a car, and paid cash). I went to look at the particular vehicle he was interested in, with 2 friends, and would report back to him, and he'd make his decision, based on our findings. There were at least 2 things that changed, in 24 hours (when I went with my son the next day, to make the purchase official, and sign the paperwork. The first day when we looked at it, the front tires were measured for depth, and we were told that they'd be replaced, as they were at the wear bars. The rear cargo cover also was broken; the very last thing we were told was that if it was going to be a deal breaker, it'd be replaced. The very next day, when filling out the paperwork, the salesman re-measured the tires (not sure why he was going to do that again), and we were told that they'd pass, and wouldn't be replaced. Also, the cargo cover wouldn't be replaced. This is also when we found out that there was only 1 key ($250-$300 to get a second copy). The salesman said that this was a great deal, and that someone else would buy the car, if we wanted to back out. I said this had left a bad taste in my mouth, and if it was me, I'd walk away from the deal. There was a similar car at another dealership, with less miles (not the colour my son had wanted though); JP's car was a fair price.....not a fantastic deal, but I was there because I had heard that their service, etc., was reliable, and trustworthy. My son decided to go through with the deal (what 18 year old would walk away from a car he liked?). During the time it took to get the car ready for pickup, I called JP to voice my concerns (I believe I talked to a Joanne). I was told the next day, that all of my concerns would be addressed, and taken care of. And they were. I was so glad, for my son especially, that this came to fruitition. It also restored my faith in what I had heard about this dealership, and would in fact give them a chance on my next vehicle purchase. The salesman was very nice initially, on the first look at the car, and was as well the next day, until the actual signing. We live a good hour away from this dealership; we obviously were there for a reason, and I was very disappointed at first, but then felt better about the whole thing when it was all said and done. I would therefore, as I said, consider JP when looking for my next vehicle. Word of mouth is so important these days; I'm not sure of the saying, but realistically, I might tell 10 people that I like a certain restaurant, or whatever, but I'll tell at least that, and probably more, when I don't. More

First we drove and passed by the major dealers, none of them was appealing to buy a used car .Than we suddenly saw the JP Motors sign. It looked friendly and the right place to shop for a second hand car, then we drove in. When we entered to the office, first we saw Ed Jeige, he nicely greeted us and introduced himself. Then we told him which cars we are interested in, he right away went out and arranged the cars to test drive. After driving couple cars I was in disarray and confused to make a decision. Fortunately Ed was helping and comforting us, in that cold weather he kept saying that we can test as many cars as we wanted. Later we met Coonie, the manager, she was very nice and gentle too. Over all our experience with JP Motors is very positive; many thanks to Ed Jeige and Connie Taylor for their understanding and patience with us. More

Warm and friendly service! We have been away from the country for 4 years and upon our return we were desperate to get a vehicle to accomodate our family of 6. Because of the team it did not matter when we went to JP's because one of them was always there. They work seamlessly together and their personalities are interchangeable, both being fantastic. It always hurts when you have too drop that much money, but they made the experience well worth it and I am so far completely satisfied with our purchase. I cannot stress how nice it was to deal with the team (father and son) because we had to go in the morning, then after my wife's work in the evening, then at noon the next day.
