A couple of problems that didn't require immediate attention were pointed out by Chris. I was pleased to use a gift coupon from a previous orientation night that cut ~$65 off the bill. This is the fourth time I have visited the service department since I purchased the car, but only the first time I have ever had to pay anything and that was very reasonable! Front tire losing air pressure. I knew the front tire had a problem because the air pressure warning light was on. I had put in air the previous month. When the light came on a secon I knew the front tire had a problem because the air pressure warning light was on. I had put in air the previous month. When the light came on a second time I knew it was time to visit the dealership. I made an appointment and went to the shop. The service personnel found 2 nails in the tire. Fortunately the service technician could fix both holes and the tire did not have to be replaced. I was there about an hour. More
Welcoming service technicians! It was a pleasure to be able to make an appointment on-line for service on the day and time I had hoped to take my care for service. I appreciate tha It was a pleasure to be able to make an appointment on-line for service on the day and time I had hoped to take my care for service. I appreciate that the garage doors open and I drive into a clean, warm reception area. I was immediately welcomed by Nemo who assisted me in the final registration process and explained the service that was required for my car. He also gave me an approximate time and I went to the waiting room. I was approached by a shuttle driver who offered to drive me somewhere instead of waiting, however, I was happy to have a coffee and read the paper for 40 minutes while my car was serviced. The service was reviewed with me prior to my payment and departure to my car waiting just outside the garage doors. Thank you and I look forward to my next service in 6-7 months. More

After signing the work order and my car being driven in after only a few minutes, I was directed to the waiting area where the Wi-Fi password was clearly shown and many TV's were on for my viewing pleasure. Daytime t.v. isn`t always the best but another customer and I had a blast laughing at all the silly cases on court t.v. I had a coffee while I waited and even went to check out some of the showroom models that were on display only a few feet away from the waiting room. I enjoyed my coffee and free internet while I waited. My vehicle was done in no time and the price was right when I went to pay. They informed me of what needed to be done on the next service and I will definitely be back for it! Great service, timely and courteous. Plus, my car smelled amazing when I picked it up after all was said and done. Thanks Image Honda! More

Went to them for service recently, the Service guy must have had a bad day,. groups of workers outside smoking and gawking at the women, (I would expect this a construction site) . I took pictures, black rubber gloves on the ground, hoses for people to trip, took pictures, , the place is a dump. Cars were jammed together when we picked up , you would think spending over 400 for a B1 service they would at least wash your car. So will start to use Sterling, and Burlington more often Its a night an day difference folks. Image reminds me of a dealership from the 70s r 80's - old school, Sales in inexperience, high turnover, Bottom line - Good cars, bad dealership, Its a good thing they sell Honda, otherwise they would be out of business. I would love to talk with a Honda company representative. I lease 2 cars every year for the past 20 years, sadly Image Honda is not good place, Go to elsewhere for you Honda, you will see the difference, Go buy a Honda elsewhere. More
