Consistent excellence I want to take a moment to commend Tony, Mark and Dal in the Image Honda service department. We've been customers at Image for nearly two decades I want to take a moment to commend Tony, Mark and Dal in the Image Honda service department. We've been customers at Image for nearly two decades, have bought both new and used vehicles (Paola has been terrific) and have had all our service work done there. Recently, there was an engine piston ring recall from Honda for one of our CRVs and we basically needed an engine rebuild. All was taken care of with the greatest care while keeping us posted on the very extensive work which was being done. As a family with lots of kids, we can't put a price on the peace of mind we have when dealing with Image...our family's safety is an obvious priority. Love my car, worst experience I've ever had My sons girlfriend recently bought her Honda Civic from Image Honda and said she had an amazing experience, and referred my wife and I to go. My mother also bought her 2001 Honda Civic there so we thought it would be a good choice to go. Was I ever wrong! They said my sons girlfriend would have to sign some papers for a technicality so we could get the 1.99% financing instead of 2.99% . Which was okay until my son and his girlfriend lost out on there house they were trying to acquire because she ended up being a co-signer on my car and wouldn't be approved for their loan. Being very angry about this whole situation, I called Image Honda and Theresa apologized right away and told me to come down and sign new paperwork. While I was down there I figured I was going to get a dent in my quarter panel looked at. I was apparently not covered for a $1000 warranty for dings and dents that I have already payed for and had a receipt for. Theresa said there was a mistake in the system and I was all of a sudden covered for it once I showed my receipt. Went all the way home( which I live 40 minutes away from Image Honda) to have a phone message on the machine from Theresa "Sorry you can't have the car at 1.99% it has to be at 2.99%". Even though I just signed papers for 1.99%. At this point I am just done with dealing with Image Honda. I go down to Image Honda again just to sign these papers for a mistake that Theresa has made again. Ralph who sold my wife and I our car was so amazing about everything apologized so many times for Theresa's mistake stopped in while I was waiting for my 4:30 appointment with Theresa. After waiting for 20 minutes for Theresa just staring at the walls, I said screw this I will just take my business elsewhere, and walked out. I absolutely love my car, and Ralph was so amazing on selling us our car. Theresa will be the reason that my wife and I, the 2 people we referred, my sons girlfriend and her friend that she referred will be taking our services elsewhere. More

ASKED THEM FOR A BILL OF SALE AND THEY SAID I WENT TO BUY A HONDA CIVIC, WE CAME DOWN TO A PRICE WHICH WE AGREED ON. I PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT FOR $500. I luv my Honda CRV & Image Honda! I recently had the exciting and satisfying opportunity to make my second new vehicle purchase in twelve years. I chose a Honda CRV SE...and boy did I I recently had the exciting and satisfying opportunity to make my second new vehicle purchase in twelve years. I chose a Honda CRV SE...and boy did I ever make the right choice. I luv my Honda CRV! From onset of car "window shopping", to test drive, sale and delivery, my experience at Image Honda was more than my expectations would ever have been. The experience began with the very warm and friendly reception and greeting from two front line staff at Image Honda which this dealership is so attractively laid out and clean (and they have a great coffee system). I was then introduced and warmly welcomed by my 5-star+ salesperson Mr. Carm Farruggia, a young salesperson with a very warm and inviting persona with a strong ability to connect with his customer in an open, respectful and candid manner...and with integrity. Although, on my first visit I was "window shopping" through various dealerships, it was Carm at Image Honda, who respected my time restraints, listened to what my actual car needs and requirements were, and openly and I feel sincerely and honestly gave me the information of which I required for my own review. He also politely (not forward or pushy) gave me a quick opportunity to view three various models of vehicles, with he running through the lot bringing them to me for viewing at the dealership entrance where I waited. It took me two days of seeking vehicles, a little internet research, speaking to some mechanics and some very die hard Honda customers of 20+ years...my choice in my vehicle purchase became very clear. Aaah but the test drive!... That is where the "real feel" of the Honda comes to play. To get the opportunity to drive the Honda CRV is highly recommended. It is a vehicle which in my opinion is safe, strong, efficient...and a lot of fun to drive...it glides! Not to mention all the bells and whistles just on the base models. My test drive was great! With my salesperson by my side teaching and informing me about the vehicle, I was comfortable, safe and at ease, all the while it being a very casual drive. I was given full opportunity for a proper test drive. It was awesome! We spent the time I feel was important to discuss specifications, the mechanics, warranty, and financials of the vehicle, and not once did I doubt the integrity of my salesperson. Carm is a car salesperson one can trust! The Management/Supervisor Paola Dube and Julie McHugh worked with me to make the closing offer, deal and delivery of my new vehicle an equitable one and as seamless as possible. I received the right vehicle for me, at a fair price with a lot of add on incentives, and delivered two days earlier than expected, and all the leg work of the old and new sale, insurance/ownership and particulars was done by the exemplary staff at Image Honda. The most difficult thing for me was to choose the right colour...and with Carm's assistance I chose my metallic grey Honda CRV. How great is that? Carm went through my vehicle step by step, with me on the day of delivery and with his assistance he made this new loaded vehicle which appeared daunting at first, become "my own". He thoroughly guided me through all paper work and finalities of my vehicle purchase and all the while giving me the opportunity to ask questions...and he answering them ever so patiently. I parted Image Honda with a very fine vehicle, a beautiful gift basket and a memorable and reputable experience thanks to Mr. Carm Farruggia, Ms. Paola Dube and all the kind staff at Image Honda. I have had my vehicle for one week now and it is a sheer pleasure and strong security to own and drive a Honda CRV, my salesperson and staff at Image Honda have been available for me even after purchase and I do intend to have vehicle service requirements completed at Image Honda in the future. Make your way out to Image Honda and ask for Carm Farruggia and take a test drive...it may be the right vehicle and dealership just for you! More

I ended up leaving that evening signing a conditional offer and I have had no regrets since. My girlfriend ended up getting a Michael Kors purse as a free gift, which was unexpected! The whole process from sales, to going through everything with the finance manager Julie and of the day I picked the car up, where Andre showed me how to use all of the features of my new car was great. This team really helped to dispel the stigma that car dealerships often have attached to them. I would recommend anyone looking for a Honda to check these guys out! More
