Bad and un friendly sales staff. Hello Every one; I had the worst experience shopping for a new Honda car at this dealer.I walked in to the show room 10 days ago,and was directed by Hello Every one; I had the worst experience shopping for a new Honda car at this dealer.I walked in to the show room 10 days ago,and was directed by a gentleman to a young sales man in one of the booths.The first thing he asked me was my phone number,the he said what are you looking for today.I said a new honda Accord Sports or CR-V Ex..He asked me to stay while he was gone ,and after around 15 minutes he comes back saying"If you Are going to buy today then I will give you my price,and if not you can go online to a web site ,pay $ 40.00,then you can get a price".Wow what a great sales man and sales manager. I found that very offensive and unprofessional to deal prospective new Honda customers. I left the show room,and asked the sales man to clear my phone number and no to sell it to one of their marketing companies. Thanks Sam More

They took my car in right away and within a hour my car was ready .They told me the car needed a software update and there was no charge. Thank you for being so honest .It's really hard to fine a repair shop that will not only fix the problem but be upfront with you . Once again thanks everyone. More
