I had been visiting dealerships looking for a used Honda Fit, but they seemed impossible to find. I drove a new Fit at another Honda dealership, and I thought it was pretty good. When I went to Image Honda, however, I met the salesperson (Lawin), and he really sold me on the benefits of the Fit. Unlike so many other salespeople I had met that day, Lawin really showed he knew and respected the car, inside and out. He managed to find me the colour I had been looking for. Negotiating price, I felt he (and Teresa) were reasonable and fair. He seemed to try to find me the best possible deal. Lawin had a positive attitude and I felt very confident buying from him. All the paperwork was done quickly and painlessly. Teresa informed me about their extended warranty but no hard-sell, which was appreciated. Overall, an excellent experience at Image Honda, and I'm looking forward to continuing my business there. More

During the course of the three days we were beside each other I spoke to them on numerous occasions. They were always friendly, approachable and helpful and they suggested that I should drop by sometime and check out their dealership and their great customer service. Not being in the need of a car anytime soon I took them up on their invitation and dropped by unannounced one day to check out their great customer service. I was very pleasantly surprised with the awesome reception I received. After over two months they still remembered me and my name. Wow, what a surprise that was, now that's what I call customer service, obviously they were true to their word. I decided to keep them in mind if and when I was ever in need of a new vehicle. Low and behold shortly thereafter my Honda Accord bit the dust so to speak. I decided to have my car towed to Image Honda to see what they could do. Well I was informed it was going to cost us at least $1,200 dollars to repair. I spoke to my wife and we decided that maybe we needed another car. So that evening we both went down to Image Honda to speak with both Rob and Paula, after about two or three hours we ended up leasing a brand new Honda Accord, needless to say we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We highly recommend this dealership for their customer service which is second to none and thanks to all staff who were both courteous and friendly at all times. Don’t take my word for it give them a try. If you’re in the area or perhaps looking for a new or used car, you won’t be disappointed with them or their customer service. The online booking system is very easy and fast, makes it very easy to book service appointments, and often there is availability even the next day. The team is very professional and courteous. They will make recommendations about services I need based on the vehicle computer sensors, but also services I don't need because they have been done recently enough. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They are always fast and on time. The waiting room is comfortable-free coffee and wifi, and they keep me updated with progress and findings as I wait. Alternatively they have a shuttle service that I have also used and is excellent. Overall I am very satisfied with my experiences at Image Honda. I will continue with vehicle services and I will purchase my next vehicle again from them. More
