The online booking system is very easy and fast, makes it very easy to book service appointments, and often there is availability even the next day. The team is very professional and courteous. They will make recommendations about services I need based on the vehicle computer sensors, but also services I don't need because they have been done recently enough. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They are always fast and on time. The waiting room is comfortable-free coffee and wifi, and they keep me updated with progress and findings as I wait. Alternatively they have a shuttle service that I have also used and is excellent. Overall I am very satisfied with my experiences at Image Honda. I will continue with vehicle services and I will purchase my next vehicle again from them. More

Awful! My 2013 Honda Accord Touring went in for a "B" service which includes a brake service. Why they would service brakes on a vehicle that has 90,000 kms My 2013 Honda Accord Touring went in for a "B" service which includes a brake service. Why they would service brakes on a vehicle that has 90,000 kms is beyond me. Obviously it needs brakes or will soon so why service them (I know to hose the customer for $200.00!) Their mission is "engage and satisfy our customers everyday, build lasting relationships and earn their long-term trust and loyalty". I have zero trust for this dealership and have asked that they stop sending me their notices to have service. I won't use this dealership again. More

Extremely Pleasant Experience I had decided on the vehicle I wanted to buy and checked the inventories of the dealers on line. I had bought from another Hamilton Honda Dealer and really did not want to return there as I found their attitude adversarial. I found the vehicle I wanted at Image and made an inquiry as to whether or not it was still available. I was contacted by Ralph DiGennaro and set up an appointment. I was very pleasantly surprised to find Ralph to be very forthright and sincere. Making this purchase was a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Ralph or the other staff I dealt with to anyone. Beyond the call of duity I receive a recall notice for 2010 Honda back in October 2014. Since that day I had problems one after another. I had Image Honda to look into thi I receive a recall notice for 2010 Honda back in October 2014. Since that day I had problems one after another. I had Image Honda to look into this problem. They found that the part they install was incorrect. The only way to fix this under the warranty is to bring back to Sterling where I did the recall. That means I need to make another trip to Sterling to have this problem corrected. The next day I receive a call that they went ahead and fix the problem from the recall.
