Excellent Presentation without pressure When I was in Hamilton visiting family I went in to test drive a 2012 Honda Civic. Pete came out to meet me and was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and we went on 3 different test drives. The price was fair, however my main reason for purchasing the same day as the test drive, was the salesperson and how I was treated. It was not my intention at first to buy that day, but Pete was so considerate and helpful that after awhile he had earned my trust. Then I met with the sales manager sorry forgot his name, and then Teresa, I was treated with respect and consideration without any pressure. My mind was made up after that and I would recommend them to anyone, and I would not hesitate to return for my next Honda as well. More

Great experience for first car This was the first car purchase I have ever made and I was very pleased with the entire experience. I called and made an appointment with Lawin and met him there at the scheduled time. He did a great job explaining the features of the car and really knew his stuff. Great guy; didn't pressure me and was very genuine. After we negotiated a deal I met with Teresa who was also very nice and well informed. She explained to me about the different warranty options but didn't pressure me to buy it when I said I wasn't interested. After obtaining an insurance policy I also called to arrange an earlier pickup day for the vehicle with Teresa and she accommodated this earlier date with no problems. On the day I picked up the car Andre did a great job explaining all the features of the car and was great at answering my questions. Overall great experience buying my first car! Thanks guys! More

I felt he was very honest with us. Very knowledgeable with explaining all the gaugets in the car with me. The only thing I wasn't too happy with was when I picked up my car I waited quite a bit for them to get my paperwork ready. Didn't seem to me they had that ready a head of time. Other than that....I wished we would have went to them to purchase our other cars prior to this one. We will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle in the future with Image honda. More

Even the engine compartment looked like the car had just rolled off the assembly line. The rental from our car accident and right-off was a Honda Civic and we fell in love with the Civic immediately. We didn't consider anything else and are not sorry in the least. So far this dealership has been A1+. More

I walked away feeling confident that I'd made the best deal possible - that certainty is hard to come by when dealing with sales associates. Teresa went over the additional coverages and insurances available, so that I was able to make informed decisions without feeling pressured. Even after the transaction was complete, Peter returned my call the same day to answer an insignificant question that I had about programing a feature on my vehicle. You couldn't ask for a better experience - period. More

We test drove the car as he explained everything I needed to know along with some tips. I had no hesitation to buy when we returned and am still confident and happy with my purchase. I had spoken to other dealerships and salespeople in the past and was not happy. Rob on the other hand was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Everyone in the dealership was friendly, eager to help and they are the perfect example of a great customer service team. I will without a doubt recommend Rob and Image Honda to all my family and friends in the future. More

Fast and efficient and not pushy Entered dealership looking for a sales person and we were lucky enough to get Pete. We also dealt with Julie McHugh who we have deat with before and she is still as cheerful as she was previously. Andre was very helpful in demonstrating the features and I left with a pretty good understanding of the vehicle and with the understanding that I could contact them anytime. A solid 10+ rating for the staff at Image Honda and I will continue to be a customer for all service issues. More
