Worst Honda dealership service department I went to this dealership at 6:45am today, July 22, 2016 hoping to get an oil change since they will be opening at 7:00 AM and closer to work. Since I I went to this dealership at 6:45am today, July 22, 2016 hoping to get an oil change since they will be opening at 7:00 AM and closer to work. Since I don't have an appointment (for oil change only???), I was told to wait until another service advisor comes. At this time, it was already 7:15 am and the door to the service department is still close. Apparently, IDEAL HONDA CAN'T HAS ONLY ONE KEY AND CAN'T AFFORD TO BUY ANOTHER KEY AS THE SERVICE ADVISOR WHO HAS THE KEY HASN'T ARRIVED YET!!!!! At 7:30 am, still the service advisor who has the key hasn't arrived yet so I left. What if the guy got into accident (God forbid)? They would closed the service department? I will never go back to this dealership!!! What a waste of time!!!! Mel Flores More
Worst experience ever. Came to Ideal Honda with a friend who's Honda Civic back lights were out. So I decided to ask the rep to check my VIN number since I have the same Hon Came to Ideal Honda with a friend who's Honda Civic back lights were out. So I decided to ask the rep to check my VIN number since I have the same Honda Civic as my friend. She said I had extended warranty for a repaint for paint cracks on the hood and fenders. She made an appointment for me to come in so they could take pictures of my car to send to Honda Canada for approval for 7:45am (before I start work) to come in for pictures. I came at 7:45am to be told to come back at 4pm. Came back at 4 and they took pictures. Received a call back within a week telling me my car was approved to get repainted. Made an appointment for July 2nd at 9am and Christina had told me the date was good. I come for 9am and was told to come back on Monday July 4th because the person who will be working on my car was not in til Monday. Wasted more time again! I bring the car back on Monday and had asked for a loaner car since they told me the car won't be ready til Wednesday. Christina calls me on Tuesday telling me that the car is not in fact, under warranty anymore (even though it shows on their system that I do have extended warranty on it) and expected me to pay for the job they started. I complained back and explained that it was their fault for telling me I had warranty on it and that I was not going to pay for the job. So they said okay, and that they are still going to finish the job as if it was still 'warranty'. I called back on Wednesday July 6th just before 1pm to ask when the car will be ready. Christina had said that Nazam said it will be ready by 4pm Wednesday. As I was only 5 minutes away from Ideal Honda, Christina calls me and says that the car will not be ready until tomorrow. Angry as I was because now, I've waited and wasted so much time, I came to the dealer to have a few words with them. This is unacceptable to let a customer know the dates and times of the appointment and then call them literally last minute to tell them the car is not ready. After discussing this issue with them, Christina now says that the car will be ready today for me and not tomorrow. What the xxxx is this!! I was told 5 minutes ago that the car was not going to be ready today and after discussing with them, they then said they will have the car ready today. During the conversation, Christina said, "you're getting this job for free." But really? Free or not, it's about the customer service which absolutely sucked. Got my car back and definitely won't be coming back to this location. More
Azam Riffat exceptional and honest . I had leased 2 vehicles from Ideal honda in Mississauga , in the last 10 years and decided to exchange my crv for a smaller car-the Honda Fit. I live I had leased 2 vehicles from Ideal honda in Mississauga , in the last 10 years and decided to exchange my crv for a smaller car-the Honda Fit. I live in Vaughan and this time i decided to contact a dealership closer my home (in Vaughan) I met with a salesperson in Vaughan and we discussed the particulars and the payments seemed really quite high for a smaller car and my gut feeling was to contact Azam , the leasing manager at ideal honda to see what my options were in Mississauga. I informed Azam that this time i had wanted to shop around prior to lease renewal . Azam was sure that in the end he would be able offer me a better deal and it was true. Had i gone with the other dealership , i would have paid 1800 dollars more overall! Azam Riffat the lease renewal manager at Ideal honda is knowlegeable, caring and honest . He really tried to help me find a vehicle and leasing option that was affordable and that suited my needs . I also wish to point out that Jillian McFarland , the leasing consultant at Ideal Honda was very efficient .All my documentation was prepared prior to my appointment to pick up the car . EVERYTHING was ready . All the particulars were completed. This saved alot of time for me . I really commend Azam and Jillian for their professionalism and being so helpful . It was worth the distance to travel to find what i was looking for at Ideal Honda in Mississauga again .I no longer wish to go anywhere else . More

Worst Customer Experience Well we bought ours first brand new Honda Odyssey 2 years ago from Ahmed Omean which by the way was very good at the time of sale. Me and my wife would always follow the service minder on the dash and took it into Ideal Honda for the service the first time at 10k. The second time my wife being short on time and having to care for three children decided to take it into Mr Lube inside Walmart. Well at around 15k the car had a bit of a shake on the steering wheel which i thought was a bit odd from a new vehicle, I’ve had older vehicles with 100k + that didn't experience this. I decided than to look this up online and to my surprise its ongoing problem on the Odysseys that people have being experiencing. So i told my self on my next service ill take it in personally and explain the problem to the Technician. Well that’s where my satisfaction ended. From the moment i walked in i notice a bit of a hesitation for the techs to help me (made an appointment) so i reached out to Nick and he asked me if i had done the B service in that location in which i replied “no” my wife took it to Mr. Lube. From that moment his attitude changed and told me because i took it there the shake on my steering wouldn't be covered. I told him it was outrageous and i wanted to see where it says that, he said its in your Manual i asked him if he could show me and he replied " IM NOT IN SALES GO SPEAK TO A SALES REP FOR THAT ". So Asked to speak to a sales rep which told me i had to speak to the service Manager which was on a "meeting". So i waited for 25min just to speak to a sales rep which basically listened to my concern and basically told me there wasn’t much he could do but he’s going to try something for me. Two hours later i received a price of over $600 dollars for Maintenance + Repairs with and that was with a %10 discount. So here I am 2 years later and I am spending $630 on a New Honda. They claim it wasn't covered because i took it somewhere else for service but the truth is they weren’t going to cover it anyways. For that reason, i feel ripped off and mislead, when i bought the car no one told me i had to come to this location for service or else things wouldn't be covered under warranty. Beware if you are buying an Odyssey any time soon this is an ongoing problem (search it “shaking on the steering wheel”) and Dealers like IDEAL HONDA are trying to avoid repairing it without you paying. More
