Poor Customer Service I have had several incidents at Ideal Honda where there was carelessness and lack of customer service. They used to have a great service department bu I have had several incidents at Ideal Honda where there was carelessness and lack of customer service. They used to have a great service department but that has unfortunately changed. Their prices are also higher than other Honda dealerships (i.e. hourly rate and parts). Service Advisors do not return your calls in a timely fashion and keep you waiting for hours. Mechanics for the most part do a decent job in terms of servicing the vehicle but do not pay attention to details such as entering your Radio Anti-Theft code after disconnecting the battery, looking for your wheel lock nut and making a mess of your trunk because the service advisor didn't tell them that the lock nut was on the front seat, leaving wires loss in the engine bay instead of putting them back in their locations and on the clips that hold them in place and scratching your rims when rotating your tires. These may seem like small things but they add up and frustrate customers, especially if you need to go back to the dealer to address them. I'm sad to say that I will be looking for a new dealer and Ideal Honda has lost me as a customer...I have been a loyal customer for many years and purchased multiple cars from their sales department but I guess that doesn’t count any more. My advice to Ideal Honda management, please pay attention to the details and treat your customers and their cars as you would want to be treated. More

Worst sales team ever! Avoid completely! I went into this dealership hoping to lease a new Honda civic. Not only was the salesperson extremely rude, the moment I wasn't comfortable for puttin I went into this dealership hoping to lease a new Honda civic. Not only was the salesperson extremely rude, the moment I wasn't comfortable for putting down my credit card for a down payment, he completely ignored me and says "I've seen your type before, you just go around getting quotes and never ever end up purchasing, wasting our time" I've never been so taken back by such terrible customer service. I strongly recommend anyone who wants to purchase, service or lease a Honda to avoid ideal Honda and go to any other dealership. More
Terrible Service department I have never written a review of anything before in my life, I spent my life reviewing companies with my wallet. I mean, everyone hates dealing with mechanics and garages, but after my experience here, I wanted to go back to every mechanic I've ever been to and apologise. These guys actually made me regret buying my Honda. So here is what happened, the mic on my bluetooth isn't consistently working. In the middle of a call, the person I am speaking with would stop being able to hear me. I would hear them, but they couldn't hear me. It happened more than a few times, and since the car was under warranty for another couple of months, I thought I'd bring in to the dealership to get it sorted out. I had to go to the service centre 3 times before anything was done. First time, their website had said their service centre were open until 6, when I got there at 4, the lady at the front said that the website was wrong, I didn't think much of it. So I went in on the Tuesday, told them the issue, and the guy took my information down and told me that I had an appointment to have the issue inspected on the Thursday. Went in on thursday, and I was told that there wasn't an appointment made for me at all. The person who was helping me said that it wouldn't be an issue, he'd order a new mic and get my mic replaced. By Wednesday of the following week, I got a call. Apparently though, even though the service centre is open until 8 and on weekends, they refused to do the work after 6pm, so I had to take time off work to bring in my vehicle. I was okay with that "small price to pay to get the issue resolved" I thought. I drop off the car, and I waited around an hour for a shuttle to take me back to my office. After a few hours I get a call saying there was nothing wrong with the mic and that they refuse to change the mic. I seriously doubt that any work or testing was done on my car. I truly think they are hoping that my mic will break down after the warranty period is done so that they can ask me to pay for replacing a defective mic. Ridiculous. At the end of it, I honestly feel like they wasted my time on purpose. I went to their dealership 5 times, lost time at work and there was absolutely nothing accomplished. I will say this though, the people I dealt with are nice. They have a conversation with you and try to make you feel comfortable which would have been great if they actually fixed my issue, but instead they wasted my time. So much for the Honda's "Peace of mind" warranty. I've had much better experiences with Toyota and Mazda. At the very least, they didn't waste my time. More

My visit was quickly noticed by one of the salesme A couple weeks ago in search for a new car I have visited IDEAL HONDA, a dealership in Mississauga. My visit was quickly noticed by one of the salesmen who gave me a nice and inviting greeting. Next, he walked me around, listen carefully about my car needs and eventually showed me a smaller size SUV, the Honda HR-V, explained how functional this car is and offered me a test drive which I accepted with pleasure. We drove at length around many streets and even a stretch of highway and it was a fantastic drive, I loved this car. I asked for the price quote and I was given an offer I couldn’t reject. I had to wait for a couple of weeks for the delivery of my beautiful GREY HONDA HR-V EX-L NAVI, fully equipped with excellent automatic transmission CVT and fantastic navigation. Every few days I was informed about my car whereabouts, starting from my order thru production to the delivery day. It was worth to wait, I can tell. I really love and enjoy driving my new car. I want to tip my hat to the salesmen, Sergio Khatibi, a kind, very informative, not pushing, hard work professional who presented and delivered what he promised with a big smile. He took the stress of buying a new car away from me. More
