We just moved to Ontario (from BC) and needed a dealer for the periodic service for our 2010 Honda Crosstour. The woman I spoke to was most accommodating when it came to appointments, took down all my information and scheduled me quickly. When I showed up at the dealership on the appointed day Renato checked in my car, advised me what they would be doing and approximately what my cost would be. He then had their shuttle driver drop me off at home and also arranged for me to be picked up three hours later. Everything happened as planned, my car was ready when promised and all the work was done. The bill was as expected. I found everyone at the dealership to be both professional and friendly and will be taking my car back to what I now consider to be my "home" dealer. More

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Used car sales and service reps. are liars and con artists. Be wary when buying a used vehicle from this dealer, they do not perform the pre delivery services and and service reps. are liars and con artists. The 30 day warranties that are given with their used vehicles are nothing but xx. When it comes time to have your vehicle serviced under warranty, you are given nothing but a xx. story. This dealer is only interesed in making sales but not keeping long term customer relations. This is the first time dealing with Honda, it is by far the worst car company I have ever dealt with, they do not stand behind their products or warranties. I have dealt with other Honda dealers and they all seem to be ignorant and arrogant. More
