Impressive buying experience with John Zhong! My daughter and I went out car shopping. We were greeting with John Zhong at Ideal Honda. He took us out to test drive a Honda Civic Touring. Durin My daughter and I went out car shopping. We were greeting with John Zhong at Ideal Honda. He took us out to test drive a Honda Civic Touring. During the test drive, he explained to my daughter all the features and tested few of the latest toys. This was all done in 40 min. Impressive as he focused on my daughter and not me. We departed and my daughter felt great with the customer services she had with John. He was very knowledgeable about the Civics. There was no pressure from John at all and he was very patience. Needless to say, when she was ready to buy a couple days later, we bought the Civic Touring from John at Ideal Honda. Thank you in making buying a car an enjoyable experience, John. More
