Honda Clarity Stopped Charging The team at Ideal Honda found an error had been tripped at some point when the vehicle was charging. The were able to apply a software update that fix The team at Ideal Honda found an error had been tripped at some point when the vehicle was charging. The were able to apply a software update that fixed the problem. Now the Clarity charges more reliably, provides more accurate range values and even the regen paddles seem to slow the car better and recapture the charge. And of course, they charged the car up as part of the service. Excellent job. Far better results than I expected! More

Bad day becomes good day Today the key to my car broke. I was able to put it back together well enough to start the car and get it to the dealership. I had no appointment but the advisor Santena and the person at the service desk were able to get me an appointment right away and get me a new programmed key in the time I was given as an estimate. It started out a bad day and they made it a good one. Highest recommendation for both people. More
