My husband and I purchased an Infiniti QX60 in July 2020. I had a great experience dealing with Anastasia. She was professional, detailed and spent a lot of time with me, answering my questions. She followed up with me after buying the car to see how I was liking it and we’ve had a few conversations since then. I drove to the dealership today and she came in on her day off to make sure that the work required on the car was completed to her high standards. She even texted me beforehand to see if she could pick up a coffee for me on the way. Now that’s customer service. She has constantly gone above and beyond what we expected of any sales rep. To do, to make sure that we are happy. Kudos to you, Anastasia! More

Incompetent service department. Brought my car in for an oil change and for an estimate to repair a minor scratch. They included a multi-point inspection and suggested I rotate my tires which I agreed to. oil change and for an estimate to repair a minor scratch. They included a multi-point inspection and suggested I rotate my tires which I agreed to. They said it would take 1.5 hours and I finally had to call them after almost 3 hours!!! And they were not busy. When I booked my appointment the day before, I had my choice of time slots in a 3-hour window. When I phoned, they also "recommended" other additional work and I told them to give me an estimate as I didn't have any more time to wait. In the end when I picked up my car, there was no inspection report and no quote for the repairs or body work. When I asked for this, the receptionist told ME to walk through the service department to find someone to answer my questions. Yeah, during COVID, I want to spend more time in this crappy dealership. Then, when I went to my car, I also found all their COVID garbage just sitting on my passenger seat. I tossed it in their parking lot. Plus, for some of the extras, they said I needed a new air filter and cabin filter and they could do it for $200! I checked and the parts on line are less than $50 and they take all of 5 minutes to install. Total ripoff!!! I called the service manager and he never returned my calls. Never using them again. More

They scratched my car and refused to take responsibility I give this place a ZERO. First of all, it took me 2.5 weeks to get someone on the phone to actually book a service appointment. The girl at the reception desk is literally useless. I left messages. No call backs. When I finally go there to do my service (simple oil change), they scratched my car and refused to take any responsibility for it. May I add that the scratch is small, so would like cost them $50.00 After my interaction with the service manager, I called Infiniti head office to make a complaint. Guess what? The associate was unable to help and said "we can't do anything to help you". A small repair cost them a customer. NEVER AGAIN will I buy an Infiniti or Nissan. More
