I was served by the advisor jacob he helped me out right away and greeted me. Immediately he took care of my complaints about my car. The technician chris was very helpful by finding the problem with my car right away. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More
My initial contact was Al Moorani who was not only pleasant and enthusiastic, but pursued the sale past the initial visit and managed to steer me away from Acura and Lexus to get me into the Q50. I gi pleasant and enthusiastic, but pursued the sale past the initial visit and managed to steer me away from Acura and Lexus to get me into the Q50. I give him 5 stars. He was a gentleman to the very end and I would recommend him to family and friends. When the business manager took over, my wife and I got the distinct impression that he was trying to "show the youngster how it's done", but it was not enough to deter me from buying the car. After placing a deposit, he credit manager alerted me to a recent blemish on my otherwise gleaming credit score. The claim was false and I took immediate action to correct it, but offered a co-signer in the meantime. Despite being a six-figure earner for almost 20 years with impeccable credit and zero missed or late payments from Honda, Audi, Visa, etc., i was told that they would not even accept a co-signer and that the car would have to be in someone else's name. My wife and I were embarrassed and upset until we visited other dealerships who were somehow able to overlook the obvious anomaly. That was when we realized that it was not that there was nothing they could do, rather nothing they were interested in doing. I was later contacted by a management superior, but it was too late as I had already bought another car. More
Simply put, just don't buy an Infiniti. After the initial test drive and signing the vehicle order, every interaction with the dealership made me feel like I made a mistake! Every appointment I booke initial test drive and signing the vehicle order, every interaction with the dealership made me feel like I made a mistake! Every appointment I booked, they make me wait at least 2 hours before the car is looked at! They make you feel like they're doing you a favour for using their shuttle service. They promise providing a loaner vehicle, but don't deliver. You go in for an oil change and end up paying $600 for an urgent drive-line flush, which was not due for another 20,000 km as per the manual, and for comparison, Canadian Tire (which is known to be overpriced) charges $300 less for the same service. After going to a local shop for a $50 oil change, the mechanic pointed out the stripped bolts and leaky drive shaft, that was just serviced (keep in mind the car only has 45,000 km on it). The list of disappointments go on and on, but this should give you an idea More
Willowdale Infiniti is the sleaziest car dealership I have ever dealt with. While the physical location appears to be new and impressive, the people there are the same scam artists that you would expect have ever dealt with. While the physical location appears to be new and impressive, the people there are the same scam artists that you would expect to find pushing salvaged cars in some lot in Scarborough. They have no qualms about lying, exaggerating or making false promises. Ali Esmail-Nia is the new car manager there, and I don't understand how he still has a job. If he worked for me, he wouldn't last 10 minutes. He and I agreed on a deal, and signed a piece of paper with the deal terms. He then reneged immediately and hid from me like a weasel. The GM of the place was indifferent and unconcerned, and seemed to share the minimal ethics held by his colleagues. There are plenty of other Infiniti dealerships in the GTA, and I would urge anyone looking to buy a car to visit one that actually appreciates and values your custom. These guys are cheats and liars. I recently got a 08 G coupe, and I found out that one of the taillight has condensation in the housing. Since Willowdale Infiniti is closer to me and there was a post at myG37 saying they have a new service the taillight has condensation in the housing. Since Willowdale Infiniti is closer to me and there was a post at myG37 saying they have a new service manager Robert, furthermore the OP had a decent experience, so I decided to give it a try instead of going to Alta, which is further away. I emailed Willowdale Infiniti describing the issue, and got a fairly quick response from Robert. He asked me to come for an inspection. The first visit, I came around noon and Robert did a brief inspection and verified the issue. Then he asked me to bring the car in again so the technician can see if it is covered by the warranty (he explained that if it has been in a collision, it won't be covered, which I think it's fair). I have booked an appointment the next week. The second visit, I came in the morning dropping off my G and got a loaner for the rest of my day. Robert called in the afternoon telling me the repair will be covered by the warranty and they are going to order the part for a taillight replacement. Everything was going great and smoothly, and if the whole story ended here, I would definitely give my recommendation to them. After receiving their call telling me the part arrived, I booked an appointment with them and came for the third time. At first they seemed busy and wanted to push my appointment to another day, but I insisted to get it done as I already arranged my time with my work for this visit. I left the car there and went for lunch nearby. More
