I purchased my QX50 last year and found few things after i took the car home that still make me feel the car was not brand new as it was supposed to . Stain marks on passenger seat , scratch on steering wheel and cargo . Also radio system failed a week after. Passenger seat feels off balanced side ways with 95k registered on the odometer ( if not tampered ) and the insurance slip in the glive box . Well i still think they robbed us by giving us a used or demo car as a brand new car. More
Don't walk away.. RUN! This is my experience at Willowdale Infiniti. This was for a NEW vehicle purchase, not used and not a Service encounter. My sales person was Sarah Ham This is my experience at Willowdale Infiniti. This was for a NEW vehicle purchase, not used and not a Service encounter. My sales person was Sarah Hamkar and the General Sales Manager we terminated the deal with was Peter Vavaroutsos. I want YOU (the reader) do decide for yourself what happened. Back Story: We had selected Willowdale after meeting with Sarah. I did a check for dealer reviews and found all kinds of warnings defaming Willowdale Infiniti’s word and character, Sarah couldn’t address these complaints with enough assurance to dissuade my fears of shady dealings and underhanded stunts so we started involving other dealerships in our pricing investigations with the intention of dropping Willowdale, but kept them in the quote process out of respect for Sarah. - Friday: Advised Sarah we’d be meeting with her Saturday to talk numbers for our new QX60. Advised her to bring her “A” game since we were seeing 2 other dealers later that day and purchasing from the best. She advised I meet Peter since she was ill. - Saturday: Met with Peter. In going over the vehicle packages I challenged him about the package he was picking. I pointed out I wanted the Premium Package and the tech package that rolled the touring and deluxe packages into it. He held up his binder, showed me his packages and assured me he had the right one. THIS is important because THIS is where things changed later! He quoted a number far lower then what we expected and exclaimed that he was going to make sure no one else could beat his price. - We spent left on our mission to meet the other dealers we’d been talking to. - All the other dealers quote were high. The 2nd best quote was high by $38 a month. - So we selected Willowdale’s price, went back to them 4 hours after Peter had quoted us (the same day) and watched Peter happily put the deal together.. Woops! Did I quote just the premium package! OH, I made a mistake, I didn’t know you wanted those other packages! ..So now I said, fine, meet the other dealers price at $38 more than your quote. Well that was apparently impossible. Apparently no one would be willing to lose that much money on the deal! We advised him we felt this was a stunt and we would be providing our feedback about the dealer ship on the internet. He was fine with that. - We returned to the dealership that offered the monthly payment that was $38 more and we’ve just returned from signing the deal! They even have our vehicle in stock! Not bad for an impossible deal. We were lucky, we didn’t listen to the other warnings from other Willowdale customers and escaped before we spent ANY money there. We listened to the staff blame it all on Philip their used car rep and stupid customers making unfounded complaints for all the dealerships bad customer service reviews. I know how I see the interaction but now you have the details to decide for yourself. More

SALES REP. REFUSES TEST DRIVE! Went to look what was avail. for car purchased. Was interested in one car that was mentioned but it was too dark to see so said would return in next Went to look what was avail. for car purchased. Was interested in one car that was mentioned but it was too dark to see so said would return in next day to take a look. Returned and waited til sales rep. was free. Took me to look at car on rear lot but would not unlock the doors or let me test drive. I asked to test another same model so I could see the drive as I had not driven this make/model. Refused unless I guaranteed I would buy. Tried to upsell me if he could get me a good deal but wanted my credit card. Told him I was definately buying a car by Monday(this was Friday)he just shrugged and let me leave. I went to Newmarket Infiniti, got amazing service and a 2 different test drives and ended up buying a car $20K more than I planned. Sales rep. at Willowdale, arrogant and obnoxious, sales rep and managers at Newmarket, respectful, helpful and provide great customer service. More

He actually turned his back on us and left us alone in the car because of a comment I made about the car. It was an Infiniti QX model, with 133 clicks on it, but the condition of the car interior "Seat leather, steering wheel and gear knob" didn't reflect that milage, with a much of tear and wear in, while this should only shows up in cars with very high milage. This fact didn't pretty much appeal to the guy Phillip, so he stepped out of the car and turned his back on us "me, my wife and little baby" and head off inside the show room without having to excuse us or say a word. We are so disappointed with this unacceptable behaviour from a guy appointed as a "Sales Manager", and I am writing this review because I promised him to do so. More
Fraudulent tampering of odometer 05 September,2016 Willowdale Nissan Infiniti 7200 Yonge street Thorn hill ont L4J 1V8 Dear Infiniti representatives On 03 September, 2016 05 September,2016 Willowdale Nissan Infiniti 7200 Yonge street Thorn hill ont L4J 1V8 Dear Infiniti representatives On 03 September, 2016 I signed an agreement to buy a JX35 2013.from you at a price of 33,000 plus taxes plus warranty and rust protection. Today, I want to cancel that agreement. I hereby exercise my right to cancel the agreement as a result of non-disclosure(s) as described in the Consumer Protection Act, 2002. I placed a deposit on this vehicle in good faith on the 04 August,2016 with Philip and Serf from Infiniti of willowdale. Deposit amount cad 500.00. I was told upon signing deposit that car was now considered sold and would be locked. I noted when I took car for test drive that the air conditioning wasn't working and stains present on interior roof. There was also 2 recalls that were not done. I took pictures of interior and exterior of vehicle and noted the Kms being 50458 as was indicated on the advertisement by Infiniti of willowdale. I spent almost a month trying to refinance my mortgage in order to purchase our dream car for myself and my children. I kept Philip updated as to the progress of the finances and on 03 September I was able to pick up the car. As I examined the car I noticed the interior roof wasn't detailed and cleaned as promised. I walked around the car and noticed the car had long black scuff on rear bumper on right side. Rubber part of bumper was scuffed as well so it was obviously involved in minor collision that wasn't disclosed to me. Philip touched it up in front of me but I went back to my pictures from 04 August and that bumper had no damage to it when I placed deposit on it. I sat in car and as Philip went over features of car I noticed odometer had been turned back from original reading. I asked him why it was different than bill of sale and he told me it had been changed. My children's father was sitting in passenger seat when he said this. I thought he was kidding initially and so we drove home because the kids were tired and hungry. I went home and went over the paperwork and realized the odometer had been changed back to 50345. The bill of sale reads 50458 on 04 August. On 03september odometer read 50348. The safety certificate dated 01 September had recoded the odometer as 50345. The CPO document drafted up by Serf showed also reading of 50345. The sale agreement for the finances showed the km being 50462. The vehicle inspection form (CPO) recorded the odometer at 50345. The platinum protection plan shows odometer reading as 50345. It is obvious that Philip's statement was true when he said in front of my family that the odometer had been changed. It was obviously driven after it was sold to me without my knowledge as well as being damaged and tampered with illegally. This car was supposedly my property and was used by unknown parties. No disclosure has been given to me regarding this vehicle after I bought it. The police have done a check on this vehicle and it was last leased in 2014 with 45,000 km. After that it was under the care of Nissan Canada. It could have been a demo car for all I know. I have no knowledge of any other hidden damages etc that this vehicle may have incurred. There is a police report done on this case regarding this dealership. I demand a full refund in light of all this as my family was sold a damaged and tampered with vehicle at a price of 44024.64. I purposely went to Infiniti as I am a loyal customer that owns a 2001 Infiniti QX4 with 340,000 km. This is the treatment I received for my loyalty. More

I noticed it on the first day and when I asked to fix they said we are only responsible for safety. One of the problem costs $2000 to fix. Definitely I don't recommend Nissan and Infiniti willowdale. Stay away from them especially used manager Philip. More
One visit, more damage to repair. Kudos to Infiniti of Willowdale for their clever policy of not doing walkarounds noting pre-existing damage. Must save them a bundle! Brought our Kudos to Infiniti of Willowdale for their clever policy of not doing walkarounds noting pre-existing damage. Must save them a bundle! Brought our EX35 in for safety recall repair. Picked it up after two hours, drove it home and noticed a deeply dinged passenger door. Returned the car and was told the damage must have been there before and I didn't notice it. So there's nothing they will do. Trouble is, I detail my five cars all the time and I know all their imperfections. BTW, I also deal with Pfaff Porsche and they do walk-arounds on every vehicle that comes in. They even see things that I don't! This place is a bad joke. More
FULL OF CROOKS, DISHONEST, AND RUDE EMPOLYEES This dealership is a total joke! They are extremely rude, dishonest and unwilling to help anyone that walks in through the door. My experience: This dealership is a total joke! They are extremely rude, dishonest and unwilling to help anyone that walks in through the door. My experience: - No one greets us as we walk around for a good ten minutes. - Approached a sales man and asked him simple questions about the car and he was unwilling to help. He answered my questions as if he is doing me a favour by trying to sell me a car. His attitude throughout our conversation was extremely rude. They claim to be a luxury dealership, but they belong at a crook shop instead. - Asked the salesman to discuss the numbers with me and he claimed to only help if I was certain I would buy. How can I decide a car without looking at what I will pay? Extremely rude service!! ------Follow the tips by other reviewers and stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this place---- The only decent individual in this place is Randy! If you need any help approach him. Other people are crooks and will only deal with you if you throw money at them. I rated this as 1 because that was the lowest number. In all honesty, this dealership should be shutdown or the staff should be completely replaced! This is not what I expect from Infiniti! More
