The Infiniti brand is no longer the same. They over promise and under deliver. We had and wonderful salesperson at 401 Dixie and when he left, we were intro’d to someone who made very quick sale and ta promise and under deliver. Now servicing at downtown Infiniti has become so horrible. Leia was always so pleasant and honest. This is why we always went for servicing there. We will never get another Infiniti again. The car we got had problems from day 1 and our salesperson lied to us and said everything was covered under warranty. They also blamed us for damages to our previous vehicle that was done by one of the service or salespeople. Our salesperson even admit to us it was their fault… the dispute is still going.
