Asked to have noisy rear brakes repaired on two occasions this year and the problem has not been fixed. Advisor says this is common on Infiniti vehicles. Really??? Also spoke to Service rep and asked for w this year and the problem has not been fixed. Advisor says this is common on Infiniti vehicles. Really??? Also spoke to Service rep and asked for winter tire price list in October. Nothing received after one week. Called again and left message - not returned after three days. Left voice mail for General Manager next day complaining of poor service and with Service Manager on the day after that - no response from either one. Not sure how to get attention from this dealership. More

Staff are really helpful and respectful. Prices are going higher for everything! Hate the location on east don roadway. It is off the beaten track and not much around like cafes and such. They also worked the "Worry-Free" Lease into my budget, which is very important for me to have as this vehicle is driven by my wife, taking our little kids as passengers in car seats to school/camp every day. I also appreciated the cleanliness of your new offices and dealership; very nice! Lastly, being in Thornhill, I have many dealerships to choose from, but I decided on you b/c of the fantastic customer service of Dimitri, Rada and their team.
