We entered the dealership to gain some knowledge about Hyundai cars. Our needs and wants were directed towards the Elantra GT hatchback by Alex Lapointe, the sales person. The difference between the sticker price and the actual final price came as a bit of a shock and initially the value placed on my own car was disappointing. However, with not too much to and fro and further information supplied by Eli, the general manager, we arrived at an agreed price. The business manager, Ahmed, was articulate in extolling the merits of extended warranties but our philosophy is to resist those costs and assume the risks ourselves. There was no bad feeling in resisting the extended warranties. We took delivery of a clean and well prepared car and we were given a thorough introduction of it's high tech. properties of the Elantra GT. My husband and I, unexpectedly, had to look for a new car and decided to try the new location on Hunt Club. We bought our other 2 Hyundai's at Bank Street and they are owned by the same person. Devin immediately come over to us and introducted himself. He was very friendly and easy going. We asked him quite a few questions comparing the Elantra GT to the Accent 5-door. He knew all the answers and took us for a test drive of each. He was quite relaxed in the backseat, but made sure we really tested each car. Even though we were very short on time, he sat with us and crunched the numbers, gave us exactly the price and options we wanted, and signed our papers that night. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we would recommend him to anyone wanting to negotiate price on a new car. We were very pleased with our 2013 Elantra GT. The only thing was, we wanted red, but ended up with our second colour choice - the titanium grey metallic... Now I love it and couldn't imagine having a red one. More

When we found a small scuff mark on the right side-view mirror housing, Tony went to the car cleaner and requested that he buff out the scuff mark. Tony was very polite,courteous and professional. Tim Boileau, the Business Manager, was also very polite, courteous and professional. He explained the "add-ons" that were available to be purchased. His conduct showed respect for our choices. It was a warm and pleasant night. The sky was clear and the salesmen friendly. It was a midnight madness sale and the deal was set in ink at 11:30 pm. But, still, at that late hour, the staff were friendly and patient was us (me in particular) as I asked my newbie questions multiple times hoping to trip them up. And, to reassure myself that I wasn't going to get screwed. I'm happy to say it was a good overall buyer experience and I walked away with a car (2012 Tucson GLS) that we love and without the feeling we were screwed. I got the price we wanted (better than other used prices for the same mode elsewhere) and I would have no trouble recommending others to go to Hyundai on Hunt Club and ask for Tran. I waited three months, until my first oil change, to write a review in order to avoid posting a review I might regret. No worries, all is good. More

At first, I walked in to the dealership and I wasn't sure about the car but we put a down payment on it anyway. They thought we would buy the car but a couple days later we backed out. I just bought an Accent - my first brand new car! Devin was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and super friendly. I really wanted the apple green colour and ended up with the ironman silver but I am ok with that because I know he searched absolutely everywhere for one for me. On top of that, he was able to get me a car within 6 days!! - 3 days earlier than I expected and I was pretty happy about that because I needed the car so I could start my second job. Anyway, gave him a very tight timeline and he surpassed my expectations. Definitely will refer my friends to Devin and this Hyundai dealership. My friend who came car shopping with me was also impressed with Devin's service and with the dealership too.
