However, a few weeks ago I took my car to Active Green Ross for oil changed and after they did the inspection I was told that the car needed alignment and that I had to replace my front tires. This only shows that I was right to affirm that the alignment done at the Dealer was not correct since my car is still pulling to the right side. Now I have to spend more money than what I was expecting to. Very frustrating!!

What I find odd is I had written in and complained the day before I had my car towed in (after two visits), and I had not one single interaction with your staff/management team regarding my complaint. Not one. Once I air the dirty laundry on the internet, all of a sudden you're quick to jump in and offer things to keep me quiet. Why was this not offered to me originally? I was offered a car wash, not a full detailing. I was not offered an oil change. Why does it take SEVERAL complaints to get any sort of response or service?
