Leo provided extremely good service when I bought my car at the dealership. He was friendly and demonstrated very good negotiating skills. Oday met us at the door, listened to what we were looking for, brought out exactly what we asked for, took a test drive, negotiated the price and had us driving away with our new Accent 2 days later. Ahmed m for, brought out exactly what we asked for, took a test drive, negotiated the price and had us driving away with our new Accent 2 days later. Ahmed made it possible for the quick possession and even helped out with a special surprise for my wife (her car). Service was prompt and to the point. Very friendly guys and helpful in making the process a special one for us.We would definitely deal with them again. More

Marco with his friendly smile made my parents feel really comfortable buying a car. He then introduced us to Charbel (the sales manager) another friendly individual, took the time and patience explaining everything to my parents and did not treat them like another number. Charbel then took us to see Tim (the Finance guy) we thought this was going to be like going to the dentists office, but it was the total opposite! Once again friendly, took his time explaining everything, made the whole process easy and fun, he was able to get the vehicle in 2 days instead of waiting a week. All I can say about the guys at Hyundai on Hunt Club is Wow!! Finally a dealership with friendly and courteous staff that make you feel like a somebody, instead of swimming in a pool with sharks. Great job guys! More

After first work, I notice the car was pulling to the left and shaking when more than 100 Km/h. I had to come again, they rotated the tires and told the car was going to pull to the right, and that I have to go back to do the complete fix. I went again, they rotated tires and balanced them again, after that, the car is still pulling a little to the right and shaking when I'm in gear 1 or 2 or after 100 Km/h. I was told the problem is the tires and that I have to buy new tires. Unacceptable. I bought these tires last year and I didn't have any issues. That's the reason I'm afraid to bring my cars to the dealers. Service sucks. More
Devin greeted my husband and I when we entered the dealership and proceeded to find out what we were looking for in a vehicle. We were very pleased with Devon's knowledge on the new Hyundai. It has s dealership and proceeded to find out what we were looking for in a vehicle. We were very pleased with Devon's knowledge on the new Hyundai. It has so many wonderful features. My husband is average + in size and has a fused ankle and I am a little on the short size...so to have a vehicle to suit both our needs, this one seemed to be perfect one for us. Since Hunt Club Hyundai was our first stop, we felt the need to explore more options..so we left the dealership, checked out one other vehicle with comparative price wise but not in quality and came back the next day and made the deal. The closing was a bit of a challenge and the outcome was positive. We left the dealership after the sale with our new vehicle and felt that we were very well treated with a loyal commitment. My husband and I love the car and look forward to enjoying the comfort of driving it for several years in any kind of weather. Many thanks to Devin Desmarais and Hunt Club Hyundai. More
Absolute nightmare of a shop with inept mechanics and a service staff that could not give a **** if you paid them with laxatives. Sorry for the long winded post. Back story, at the time, my Marathon Blu service staff that could not give a **** if you paid them with laxatives. Sorry for the long winded post. Back story, at the time, my Marathon Blue VT is 13 days old and has ~1800km on it (and according to my girl, I love the car more then her. But thats another story fellas) I go out Monday morning (my day off) to my car and see my right front tire sitting really low. I fill it with air, figure i picked up a nail or something and take it to my local dealer Hyundai On Hunt Club figuring they'll tell me whats wrong with the tire, patch it if need be, i pay my money and I go about my merry way. I stop by and am accommodated rather quickly by Mike, one of the service writers. I am told Hyundai does not provide loaner vehicles but I would be welcome to wait. I get a book out of my car and about half an hour later am told there is nothing in the tire, there does not appear to be any leaks and it was probably somebody messing with me. This doesn't sit well with me and I ask them if it was possibly a leak around the bead and if they could pull the tire from the rim, re-seal it and reinstall it. I am told since there appears to be no issues with the tire, this would be done at my expense. I decline figuring they have looked at the wheel and they should know what they're talking about. No charge for looking at it, I thank them and I'm on my way. I head to McDonalds, grab lunch, go home, watch a couple shows on tv and head back out to my car intending on going to the golf club and play a quick nine. Walk into the garage AND THE TIRE IS FLAT. So now I'm pissed. I Call Mike back, and he kinda laughs when I tell him who I am and says "let me guess, tires flat again". Why yes jerk-off, it is indeed and I fail to see the humour. So I fill it with air and bring it back in (trip number 2...in less then 4 hours). We talk, Mike gets a mechanic to take the car in right away, takes the wheel off the car, the tire off the rim, installs a new valve stem and reseals the tire. I am told there is still nothing wrong with the tire, and the valve was replaced as a precautionary measure. I leave as I am in a hurry for dinner with my fiancee at a friends house. I spend a few hours at his place and when I come out at night, the tire looks ok, but it's dark and I didn't bring a gauge with me. On the highway home the car is pulling hard to the right and I know the tire is low. I get it home, and we get out of the car and you can HEAR the air coming out of it. Now I'm really pissed off, but it's 9pm and what can I do? Next morning I call my good ol pal Mike and tell him I've called roadside, they're coming to get the car and I'll be there shortly. When the tow truck driver shows up, he does a walk around of the car to sign off on pre-existing damage to cover him for liability before he straps it down. No problem. He goes all over the car commenting on how nice it is, and how nice the blue is, and he stops at my flat front tire and points out that there are gouges taken out of the rim (and I know for a fact they were mint as I've never street park so curbing is not a viable problem. They look like tool marks!! When i get to the dealer, I tell Mike to come outside before the driver takes it off the truck so he can see that a) that rim wasn't strapped down on the truck so it couldn't be the driver who damaged them and b) that he's going to come inside and order me a new rim! He looks at me with a smirk and says "well sir, if this is how we're going to begin todays visit, i will not deal with you but will forward you to my manager" and walks away! Manager comes outside, looks at it and says "well, I'll send the rim out to be refinished and you'll never even know there was any damage" me: "no thank you. the car is 14 days old as of today, you damaged the rim, you replace it." manager: "Well, It's going to take me a couple of days to replace the rim, get it back this afternoon if it's refinished." me: "then i'll take a demo for a few days, as you will be replacing the rim. this is the third trip in 2 days I've made for a leaking tire. If you service department can't fix a leaking tire, how am I supposed to have faith that they are competent enough to do service work like oil changed without somehow damaging the car? How about major work? What if I have an internal failure, will they be able to do that in one visit? THis is ridiculous that I am here three times, twice told there were no issues and the last time, the wheel was DAMAGED I would prefer to have my car back tonight, so if you could snag a rim from one of the 3 VT's i saw sitting in your lot not even pdi'd yet and put it on my car for me so I can have it back today and not have this be a 3 day long affair for a flat tire, i'd appreciate it." Manager calls Enterprise and gives me a purchase order to bill a rental to the dealer. I get the keys to my 2013 Jetta for the day and off I go. 5 hours later, service manager calls me and tells me the car is ready for pick up. They still couldn't identify any issues with my old tire and rim, but replaced the tire and the rim with brand new ones and hopefully I won't have any issues. To be fair, the manager is an all around good guy who seemed pissed when I told him my issues, but really, three trips for a flat tire and damage?! I will not be back. The best part? The next evening i get a phone call from the dealer telling me they're having a customer appreciation night and are inviting "all of their valued clients" in for a big sale. I couldn't help but laugh. Then hangup. Local guys, take your money elsewhere. More

I was impressed by the way I was greeted by this nice, friendly and bilingual young man, the positive handshake he gave me even though it was 8pm on a friday night was a very good indication of great customer service. I didn’t feel rushed and ended up getting a great deal. Mr. Tim Boileau also offered excellent customer service, it was passed 9pm when we left.. He arranged a test drive and answered all our technical questions. The difference between the sticker price and the actual final price came as a bit of a shock and initially the value placed on my own car was disappointing. However, with not too much to and fro and further information supplied by Eli, the general manager, we arrived at an agreed price. The business manager, Ahmed, was articulate in extolling the merits of extended warranties but our philosophy is to resist those costs and assume the risks ourselves. There was no bad feeling in resisting the extended warranties. We took delivery of a clean and well prepared car and we were given a thorough introduction of it's high tech. properties of the Elantra GT. The dealership deserves full marks for a pleasant sales experience. More
