I recently just purchased a 2013 elantra from Marco at the hunt club location and I have to say the overall experience was wonderful. From the moment we entered the show room we were greeted by friendly s the hunt club location and I have to say the overall experience was wonderful. We did not plan on purchasing a car for another month or so but after visiting this dealership we felt comfortable that we were getting a great deal. We have purchased other cars from other Hyundai dealers in the city and I can say that the service at hunt club far excides other dealer. Marco was fantastic to work with, he was friendly, knew the product inside and out and I think he did get us the best possible deal on our new car and trade in. I will never deal with anyone else as long as Marco is there. More

I have been fortunate to be able to purchase brand new vehicles over a number of years. My first vehicle was a Toyota wagon, then (in sequence) a Ford sedan, a Subaru wagon, a Honda Prelude, a Chrysler Vo vehicles over a number of years. My first vehicle was a Toyota wagon, then (in sequence) a Ford sedan, a Subaru wagon, a Honda Prelude, a Chrysler Voyageur, a Chrysler Concorde, an Acura TL Sport and a Nissan Altima. My buying history indicates I continued to test vehicles for the right combination of size, performance and storage. Recently, I spent several days researching and test driving 8 different new vehicles at various dealerships across the city. I was most impressed with the 2013 Hyundai XL. Last week, enroute to Kanata, I drove by a dealership I had not been to before, Hyundai on Hunt Club. I decided to turn around and drop in. I was simply strolling through the back parking lot of their dealership, looking at their vehicles, size, and colour when I encountered a man who seemed to be doing the same thing I was. We exchanged greetings and had about a 10 minute chat about everything except vehicles. I then said I was going inside to take a look and asked him if he knew anyone who worked at Hyundai. He said he worked there, that he was a salesman and if I wanted any information he would be happy to assist. That’s how I first met Tran Tuan. Now I love to barter, back and forth, and consider myself a tough sell. I already knew everything there was to know about the Hyundai XL and that there were several dealerships to choose from if I didn’t like the negotiations or the salesman. Tran and I spent a good deal of time negotiating. He was most professional and never once cut me off. His personality is one of patience, consideration and he is a quick study of the buyer’s personality. He read me as well as I read him. I looked at various trim levels and Tran explained the advantages of each. I felt absolutely no pressure and we arrived at a fair price for both sides. The car was promised for Tuesday at 6 PM and it was ready at 5:30 PM. Tran went over all the documents and spent an hour with me demonstrating the operation of the vehicle. He even called me the following day to ask how things were going and said I could call him back if I had any questions at all. This is follow-up service at it’s best and it doesn't go unnoticed. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and my 2013 Santa Fe XL Limited with saddle leather and captain’s chairs. The dealership is clean with a nice reception and waiting area. Tran Tuan, in my opinion would be a role model for how a salesman should be modeled. If I was not retired and still in business needing a salesman, I would be knocking on Tran’s door with an offer. We were greeted by Atheer Norman when we entered the dealership and he professional passed our interests in purchasing a vehicle to Tran Tuan as they are not in a pressure situation to sell. Tran was friendly and provided all information we required. We test drove a 2013 Elantra GL model although we were interested in the GLS model (which was out on a test drive). Tran explained the differences in the GL and the GLS model during the test drive. When we returned to the dealership, we had other appointments to attend. Tran was very accommodating to our schedule and although was not scheduled to work, agreed to return later in the day to allow us to test drive with our children in a GLS model. He had a 6 speed GLS model ready for our test drive and we had the opportunity to check our car seats fit and take our kids for a drive. Trying to purchase a vehicle with a 6 and 4 year old hanging around is not an easy task but Tran made sure the kids were taken care of during the discussions. Tran never pressured us into a number and allowed us to make an offer which I thought was fair and it was accepted by sales manager at the time. The "paper" work experience was one of the most pleasant experience I have ever had in all my car purchases. Johnny Younes was very professional. He presented the options available to us (rust protection, lost keys, tires, etc). At no time was there pressure to purchase and he wanted to make sure we received the coverage we needed.....we were able to design a package which covered our needs for a fair price. The day we picked up the vehicle was another opportunity for the dealership to show us they wanted us to be happy. We noticed something we were not happy with (an oversight on everyone's part) and it was immediately fixed by the service manager Eli Nassrallah. Mr. Nassrallah could have easily said -- "sorry, the deal is done" but he was not going to let us leave the dealership unhappy. He immediately fixed the oversight with an offer which was fair for everyone! I really appreciated this from Mr. Nassrallah I can honestly say it was a great experience from start to finish. I purchased an Elantra GLS and I am very happy with my purchase. The staff at HUnt Club Hyundai is friendly and knowledgable!
