Is welcoming was excellent, Eric was so helpful he made us feel at ease , we never felt any pressure from Eric , he took the time to explain the product without going overboard. After he was finish explaining the product in 20 minutes we had a deal . I will recommend Eric to all my friends for their future purchase ... As I had a 2010 Magentis for trade-in, I was surprised that we managed to come up with a fair deal suitable for both parties within a reasonable amount of time. I felt no pressure whatsoever from Alex, on the contrary..., I felt that he was seriously trying to get me the best possible deal. I found him to be very professional and enjoyable.
