Hi, yes, it was very unpleasant Great service from Vince Spent 45 with business manager Amhead Mustapha Pushed over and over again biweekly payments of 45$ for 72months. I said it was too expenseive. He continued to try to pursade me. I said more than once that i would like to tal about the contract and see another buiness manager. It told me they were busy, he told me he was doing his job, and it was the law. I left the office and was going to leave your dealership. I talked to the manaher. he apologized. I signed a waiver amd signed a form and left. he agian tried to sell me oil chnages and rustproofing. he earlier tried to see me three types of disability insurance. i messaged the dealerhsip and vince for a differnt buisness manager and for a possible 500$ rbate for my time,stress. The manager Jesse said no, that hyundai canada will not be taking hostage to me. i signed the contract and left with the car. Vince told me that i would get a call regarding fog lights, winter tires and review of the car. No call from the dealership. I was at your dealership from 1:30-5pm for the original deal. 613 425 0494 Ken
