Hyundai on Hunt Club

Tony's our guy!! I was debating between the purchase of 2 different vehicles. My husband had previously inquired about a car at Hyundai and dealt with Tony over the t I was debating between the purchase of 2 different vehicles. My husband had previously inquired about a car at Hyundai and dealt with Tony over the telephone. He really liked his customer service and as a result we decided to check out Hyundai as a first stop. Since my friend had also been looking for a car, she and her husband joined us. The minute we met with Tony we liked him. He was very personable, enthusiastic, quite funny and overall very laid back and easy to deal with. After having test driven the car, we decided that we both wanted to make an offer. I have to admit, we were not the easiest customers to deal with since we wanted to get "the best bang for our buck!" Even with all of our negotiating and Tony going back and forth between us and the managers, Tony remained super friendly and professional. We felt as though Tony was "batting for his customers" which was awesome! At the end of the day, both my friend and I ended up purchasing a car and we absolutely love it! Even after I purchased the car I had additional questions and Tony was always very good and quick about answering whatever questions we had and making sure that we were comfortable with every aspect of the purchase. I picked up my car this past Tuesday and Tony was very helpful in the delivery of the car - he explained everything clearly and helped us set up any features in the car. He took his time and made sure that we understood everything.before leaving with the car. His customer service skills were excellent - I can honestly say that we didn't feel like customers but we felt taken care of - more like family or friends. I would recommend Tony to anyone who is looking to buy a Hyundai - he really takes care of his customers :) Thanks Tony!!! Ami More

Fast, efficient and friendly experience Marco is not your typical salesman. Very laid back guy which doesn't pressure you into buying, something everyone really appreciates. Great experience buying our new Santa Fe! My wife and I were in several weeks ago (in June) and spoke with Amin about the 2014 Santa Fe's. He was soft spoken and took the time to answer all our questions and explain some of the features of the SUV even though at the time we were not planing on purchasing one just yet. He kept us apprised of the lending rates as June rolled into July and I was grateful that when he called, it didn't feel like he was trying to solicit me. When we did go in with the intention of purchasing the SUV in mid to late July, I was also very impressed with his customer service and character as an individual when I made a less than plausible offer (in truth I didn't think about it before I mentioned it). He didn't say anything negative and he didn't give me the usual banter that you'd expect to receive in such a situation. He did the math in front of us, which made us see and made us realize that our offer was impossible. In the end I feel I did get a pretty good deal and was very happy with the whole process. Overall, my experiences with Amin and the Team at the Hunt Club dealership have thus far been exceptional and unlike any other car buying experience I've EVER had in the past. More

I was never told to bring a void cheque which I had to go to the nearest bank to pick one up (during rush hour). He also did not properly complete my bank loan which I had to go to my branch to give them the information required so I can view it online. Overall I was pleased with the dealership. More

Two thumbs up I was very nervous to go into the dealership as a women you hear stories about how "they see you coming a mile away and can see the dollar signs". What an amazing experience I had with Vince who put me at ease right away and walk me thru the process. I was able to get an amazing deal for my new 2014 Red Hyundai. I just love the new car and my daughter is so happy. Vince helped us with what we might want in the new vehicle and could not have been more patient with us. When I picked my car Vince went over all of the new features with me (my old Hyundai didn't have alot of the features) and he even washed my old license plate. I didn't have my phone with me however Vince said "no problem" come back and I will help with the set up of your bluetooth. This is customer service at it's best. If/when I need another vehicle I will be going back to Vince to help me as he was just amazing. Just a side note I had such an easy time with my finance guy at Hunt Club. I wanted to say that his customer service was exceptional as well. I think this is review is just for the Sales rep but I think that congrats to the finance people should be written some where. They have to deal with all of us and finances is a hard part sometimes. Thank you. More
