Dishonest and/or incompetent staff Here is a recap of the day I went to pick up my vehicle: I dropped off my old vehicle at nearby dealership and called my sales rep for a ride, no Here is a recap of the day I went to pick up my vehicle: I dropped off my old vehicle at nearby dealership and called my sales rep for a ride, no answer (twice). I ended up walking to the dealership, at which point I find my rep and he tells me 'It's almost ready, we're just putting the plates on". So I wait. 90 minutes and several false updates later I'm informed that the vehicle was out getting it's windows tinted. The vehicle had been on the lot for a week. Clearly someone forgot. Almost 2 hours later the car finally rolls up and I'm asked to provide them with plates. I explained that I ordered new plates. They did some digging and then explained that they would need (at that time) 4 hours to get the new plates. Again, someone forgot. Not to mention that he made no attempt to get the actual status of the car during this period. I said fine, but I needed a one way ride to work. At this point my rep tried to get out of it by stating that he was 'handing off a lot of vehicles that day' and didn't have time to give me a ride. I asked again, angrier this time and he eventually drove me to my workplace. I made my own way back to the dealership and sure enough the plates weren't on time. I waited another 45 minutes for the vehicle to finally be ready. Just when I thought the experience couldn't get any worse, my rep attempted to get me to sign off on the vehicle before properly inspecting it. He stated that we'd have to inspect the vehicle, then walk all the way back to his desk to sign off. Baffling. Upon looking the vehicle over I found several scratches on the inside of the driver side door. I ended up signing the sheet just so I could put this day long ordeal behind me. Absolutely sleazy behavior. The negotiation process was just as bad, but I've come to expect that. I later submitted a review to Hyundai and eventually got a call from the sales manager. He offered to get me some at-cost winter tires and never followed up with the cost. Your mileage may vary, but I strongly recommend dealing with a different Hyundai dealership. More
A great experience!! I went to this dealership after having seen other cars at different dealership, none of which was able to meet any expectation. I had given my email address to get $600.00 off a purchase and I was contacted by Tony, and I'm glad I was! I made an appointment to see and test drive a 2014 Hyundai Accent. Tony took us for a test drive and really showed what the car is capable of. Instead of asking me to simply drive around, he had me teat the brakes, its turning radius as well as its acceleration. I got to really see how this car performs and I was sold! Working out the details of the sale of course took some time as it always does when purchasing a new car but Tony was able to get me the price I wanted and got me top dollar for my trade in. Overall very satisfied with my experience and fully reccomend Tony! Thanks again, Tony. Was great dealing with you and i am still loving my new car! More

You see, I had a Santa Fe as a trade in that I was expected (promised) to get a better price than what I ended up with. That does not look good on Huynday corp. where they made a huge blanket promised to make customer satisfied and happy. Especially when the trade was from Huynday product to another Huynday product. Tony's our guy!! I was debating between the purchase of 2 different vehicles. My husband had previously inquired about a car at Hyundai and dealt with Tony over the t I was debating between the purchase of 2 different vehicles. My husband had previously inquired about a car at Hyundai and dealt with Tony over the telephone. He really liked his customer service and as a result we decided to check out Hyundai as a first stop. Since my friend had also been looking for a car, she and her husband joined us. The minute we met with Tony we liked him. He was very personable, enthusiastic, quite funny and overall very laid back and easy to deal with. After having test driven the car, we decided that we both wanted to make an offer. I have to admit, we were not the easiest customers to deal with since we wanted to get "the best bang for our buck!" Even with all of our negotiating and Tony going back and forth between us and the managers, Tony remained super friendly and professional. We felt as though Tony was "batting for his customers" which was awesome! At the end of the day, both my friend and I ended up purchasing a car and we absolutely love it! Even after I purchased the car I had additional questions and Tony was always very good and quick about answering whatever questions we had and making sure that we were comfortable with every aspect of the purchase. I picked up my car this past Tuesday and Tony was very helpful in the delivery of the car - he explained everything clearly and helped us set up any features in the car. He took his time and made sure that we understood everything.before leaving with the car. His customer service skills were excellent - I can honestly say that we didn't feel like customers but we felt taken care of - more like family or friends. I would recommend Tony to anyone who is looking to buy a Hyundai - he really takes care of his customers :) Thanks Tony!!! Ami More
Fast, efficient and friendly experience Marco is not your typical salesman. Very laid back guy which doesn't pressure you into buying, something everyone really appreciates. He's a very cool and funny guy which makes the transaction much more pleasant. I'm not the easier customer to deal with, I know my stuff and I bargain hard but Marco dealt with all of that very professionally and got me the deal I wanted. I would recommended him to anyone as he'll get you the car you want at the price you want and make you feel great about the experience once it's done. More

Great experience buying our new Santa Fe! My wife and I were in several weeks ago (in June) and spoke with Amin about the 2014 Santa Fe's. He was soft spoken and took the time to answer all our questions and explain some of the features of the SUV even though at the time we were not planing on purchasing one just yet. He kept us apprised of the lending rates as June rolled into July and I was grateful that when he called, it didn't feel like he was trying to solicit me. When we did go in with the intention of purchasing the SUV in mid to late July, I was also very impressed with his customer service and character as an individual when I made a less than plausible offer (in truth I didn't think about it before I mentioned it). He didn't say anything negative and he didn't give me the usual banter that you'd expect to receive in such a situation. He did the math in front of us, which made us see and made us realize that our offer was impossible. In the end I feel I did get a pretty good deal and was very happy with the whole process. Overall, my experiences with Amin and the Team at the Hunt Club dealership have thus far been exceptional and unlike any other car buying experience I've EVER had in the past. More
