The salesperson indeed got the job done with what seemed to be a very good price due to the extras that were asked for and accommodated. I would ony suggest that the salesperson be more respectful of the sales team of competing dealerships. The cars can sell themselves with some assistance from a knowledgable salesperson, without putting down individuals who are using the same sales techniques elsewhere. That being said, our salesman was indeed knowledgable, which was appreciated and was a major factor in our decision to purchase. More

He called when he said he would and he delivered what he said he would. I did have to bring the car back for some final detailing as they ran out of time before vehicle delivery the first time, but it was like getting a new car twice....so all good. There were no hassles or disappointments in the delivery of the vehicle. Tim from financing was also awesome and really went the extra mile to make the used car purchase the best it can be with great additional warrantees. All around, this is a great team to work with when it comes to buying a used or new vehicle and all around nice guys. Eli will always get my business if this level of service keeps up, which I have no doubt will. More

They forgot to return my lock key back to my car. I had so much trouble for this reason. I purchased a new set in another service center. Then, I wanted to return my set, they didn't accept the return. The service manager was not there. The manager on duty (Mr. Eli Nassrallah) couldn't help me either. I paid for their mistake. I am not happy. I had a horrible service experience. I never recommend this branch of Hyundai to anyone. More

He was honest about their products, and made every effort to get me the price I wanted on my new Accent. He went above and beyond to make my buying experience enjoyable. Not once did he hasell me to make a sale, even after seeing him a second time (unlike the pressuring competitors in town that I met with!). Nabil was my business manager and took care of all my final paper work. He was very professional and friendly, and answered all my questions about the warranty and buying process.
