Sir I will be happy to help you out with your issue if you can come in when service is open. I don't think that it is fair that you came in on a Holiday when service is closed with a service issue and your writing a negative review. You are basically penalizing our dealership because we were closed on a Holiday.

Like I said when you came in on that Labor day weekend we will be happy to help you during business hours when we have access to the needed information. You are the one that refused to come in and have this issue resolved. Please call me at 613-688-3602 to have this resolved so that this review can be removed. Hi Mr. Nassrallah, In response to your messages, please see bellow: Your e-mail is not based on a facts. The facts are: 1. I was not there on a long week end, I paid for your service (receipt is available), I came back again to your office on a Monday, I directly talked to you and you told me that you could not help me 2. I paid about $ 45 to compensate for your technician's mistake (The receipt is available) 3. You didn't come up with any solution for my problem (still after 3 messages, I haven't received any solutions from you)
