The fact that it seems good is not enough - get it checked out by a trusted mechanic. Never mind when they say 'Our guys have checked it' This just means they've made sure it'll pass safety and emissions. It does NOT mean maintenance has been kept up, and if they can get away with it, they will leave it for the next sucker/owner. This, according to the service manager. As someone else has pointed out, they will happily stick you with costs if they can get away with it. I won't be going back, except to get the free oil changes. Any work they recommend will be looked into and done elsewhere. More

But with this dealer, I had a feeling that my experience for at least the next 5 years would not be pleasant. I am sad to say that I was right. I get my car detailed here because it's part of my package and I am counting down the days until I no longer need to go there. The car service is atrocious. The staff is rude and condescending. To top it up, they are liars. One person will tell you something only to be told something completely different by another staff person from the EXACT same department. Completely not satisfied. Cannot wait to no longer do business with them. Beware for your sake. More
They will lie and will take advantage of you I got a new Hyundai Elantra GLS at this place. I was told that the cost of the new plates and the ownership was included in the final prize which turn I got a new Hyundai Elantra GLS at this place. I was told that the cost of the new plates and the ownership was included in the final prize which turned out not to be true. When I confronted the sales manager (All I know is that his name is Ahmed) via email (I sent Amin Omer's email saying textually: "The new plates and sticker are in included in your purchase price . As a dealership we get billed monthly from the license office") he said that Mr. Omer was new and "didn't know what he was doing". I ended up paying 116.00 for the new plates and the ownership. Needless to say, I never went back for maintenance or anything else. Huntclub Hyundai? NEVER AGAIN More
Horrible Customer Service - Misrepresented Sales Had a very unpleasant experience with them. Our daughter bought a used 2013 Ford Fiesta - her first car - from them. Advertised and described by the sales person as MINT condition. Initial inspection looked great. After she purchased the car, it turns out that the front bumper and grille need replacement for a cost of at least $1,500. The store manager, Jesse offered to take the car back, only to renege on this offer 5 minutes later. We're now stuck with a car that needs costly repairs. How can they sell something as mint when they know full well that it wasn't? I also am perturbed by the fact that the sales manager become very agitated and aggressive despite our calm demeanour throughout the conversation. A professional should conduct himself in a better manner. I can't speak to the quality of Hyundai cars, but their customer service is ATROCIOUS. More

Free oil changes Beware! Purchased a 2015 Elentra GT in March 2015. They offered to tgrow in free oil changes for 3 years at the time of negotiations. We accepted and decided to purchase the extra warrentee as well since your saving on oil changes. At the time of signing the contract we reviewed a document that identifies we will maintain our vehicle as per the scheduled maintenance guide and was verbally said this document is pertaining to the oil changes. No where on the document outline or includes fees associated to oil changes. We signed it. First oil change went smoothly no charge of course. At 12000 km we were called to schedule n our next oil change my husband inquired about the cost of swapping out the summer tires for the winters and was quoted 29.99 and was told our oil change is free. I showed up today and was told I have to pay 90.00 for service maintenence schedule package 2 because I'm at 12000. Km and that's part of the free oil change package. What! Say that again?? Free oil changes cost 90.00 Oh but you get the tires swapped too. Needless to say I protested this. I had it out with Jesse the Director of Sales, he pulls out this document I signed at time of purchase and NO where on the document does it clearly say I have a fee for scheduled free oil changes. Jesse further said that if I do not continue with the Hyundai service schedule maintenance they will identify my warranty is voided. That's just bad business and no way will Dilawri get a penny from me! ThanK goodness for April in the service department! She ended up calmly offering her assistance and is looking into the issue further with the area service manager. More

In the past, other car salesman and dealerships have been a challenging experience. But to my surprise Franklin was a car salesman who listened to what I was looking for and responded to that with eagerness and respect. He was knowledgeable, upbeat, and didn't try to sell me what I wasn't looking for. He made the process of buying my (awesome) new car very easy and exciting. Everybody at the dealership that I had contact with was friendly and upbeat, and they helped to make buying my car an exciting experience. More
