Great vehicle purchase experience My first experience was a phone call to Hyundai expressing my wishes for Tucson 2016, to replace my 2015 Tucson GLS which was totalled as a result of My first experience was a phone call to Hyundai expressing my wishes for Tucson 2016, to replace my 2015 Tucson GLS which was totalled as a result of an accident. During the conversation, Jaret Veresh assured me that a knowledgable sales Rep, Kyle Kao, would be contacting me to discuss my wants and to do test drives. Within an hour I received a call from Kyle, he was very cordial, and understanding and knowledgable about the Hyundai vehicles. The day of our appointed time Kyle was at the door waiting with a big warm smile. During the test drives of two Tucsons, Kyle expressed the benefits of each Tucson in layman terms, very easy to understand, he was not pushy, or in a hurry to close a deal. After a week, I was invited by Kyle to Custumer Apprecation Days, and to meet Kevin Farebrother to further discuss my wants to purchase one of the Tucsons.
