And that is what happened! In my case, the repair was completed the same day. When I picked up the car, there were no surprises. Efficient and Professional, that's the way it should be! I had been reluctant to return to a dealership since I had received unsatisfactory service at two other Hyundai dealerships prior to this; but I will go back Hyundai West Island. More

In two visits they solved a problem that was getting the runaround at my local dealer, for 4 months. My 2011 elantra had a non functioning back up camera, went to the local dealer many times and they wanted me to buy a radio 950.00$ not covered by the extended warranty. My brother recommended going to West Island as he was always satisfied there. On the first visit it was determined that it truly was a malfunctioning back up camera which is covered by the warranty. They ordered the camera and replaced it. Great service very friendly and professional. Thanks again. More

I decided to 'try' Hyundai West Island (where I had purchased my Elantra) for my first servicing, thinking that if I wasn't pleased, I'd continue with the closer dealership near my home. To my surprise, EVERYONE here was so friendly, courteous, and obliging, which made me feel very comfortable. No one was out to be pushy with servicing just to make money! Whatever was suggested was absolutely truthful and valid. René was very helpful with his recommendations, as well as Kevin advising me. Louis was very knowledgeable with the job that he did, and Janelle was always attentive whenever I called. (Steve and Rak were also very hospitable and cordial for the short time that I had spoken to them.) Sophia, customer relations manager, was partly instrumental in my decision to continue here, and now HYUNDAI WEST ISLAND is my new home! I'm willing to travel twice as far to come here (compared to the other place), but it's certainly worth it. In other words, I'm 'going the extra mile' to come here, and the employees are 'going the extra mile' to do things right and to serve me well. I've noticed that they go out of their way to satisfy their clients. More
